I didn't know that having a relationship with Xandro would automatically give you a human alarm clock, a human pillow, another father, a best friend, a guidance counselor, and many more. For the past months of being a couple, everything has been going smoothly.

We celebrated Christmas together. Pinanindigan ng pamilya niya ang pagtakwil sa kanya kaya kami ni Papa ang kasama niya hanggang sa pagsalubong ng Bagong Taon. That was the best holidays of my life. On those days, I fell much harder to him. He's treating me not only his girlfriend, but a precious family.

Para na kaming magkapatid dahil talagang gustung-gusto siya ni Papa para sa akin. Kulang na lang nga na pakiusapan na namin na sa amin na siya tumira dahil napamahal na rin kami sa kanya ng lubusan. Papa wants him to be his own son rather than to be a son-in-law.

"So sino ngang ililigtas mo? Si Xandro o si Shade?" tanong ni Iori sa akin ng may mabasang post sa social media.

It's a situation where the boat is already sinking, and you need to choose who you want to save between your best friend or your boyfriend.

"Syempre, si Xandro. Shade is good in swimming. Not only in swimming though. Kahit zombie apocalypse pa iyan, siguradong siya ang matitirang buhay dahil gaya ni Sameera, he knows how to defend himself," pagpapaliwanag ko at tumingin muli sa Heliocentric na nagpa-practice ngayon.

Iori laughed in my answer. Mukhang kanina pa naiinip kaya ako ang naisipang daldalin. Sena and Eera went outside to buy something. Kaming dalawa ngayon ang walang magawa kaya nanonood na lang sa practice ng banda.

"Is there a time that you felt that Shade likes you more than a friend?" tanong niyang muli kaya napaubo ako sa narinig. Natawa ako roon. Shade likes me? I paused for a moment to think about it.

"Hindi naman. We were together since I was eight. Nakilala ko siya sa Sebastian. Nakalaro ko siya noon sa basketball court sa may plaza. We knew each other very well. Kapag may tinatago ako, alam niya kaagad at maging ako sa kanya," sagot ko at tumango lang siya.

At kung gusto niya ako, mararamdaman ko kaagad. Pero hindi ko lang alam dahil minsan magaling talaga siyang magtago. But like what I said before, Shade respect and one of the people who love me the most. Kung nagustuhan man niya ako, hindi niya kailanman aaminin. Hindi niya ipapaalam at ako na ang bahala na humatol kung gusto ba niya ako.

He's like his sister. Sameera will never tell her feelings for Cassiel unless if she sees a chance for them to be together.

They will never admit that they like us because if they do, the friendship will change. They value friendship than their own feelings. Not because they can't fight for it, because that's how it should be. That's how a Prado la Silvestres handle a relationship.

Huminga ako ng malalim at humarap sa kanya para siya na lamang ang daldalan ko.

"So bakit nandito ka? Hindi ba dapat nagpa-practice ka rin kasama ng Crescendo?" I asked in curiosity.

"Yup, but I'm still hesitating to practice. I don't want to compete with them..." aniya at nanghina ang tono. Tumingin rin siya sa Heliocentric na may inaayos na instrumento ngayon.

I know how hard it is for her. She's also close to Heliocentric. But this is not all about the competition and who'll win. It's all about giving your best and showing support to one another.

"Ayos lang naman sa kanila, ah? Saka marami ring naghihintay sa'yo na kumanta ka ulit. And this is your chance to redeem your relationship with your friends."

Crescendo is Iori's long time friends. She's also the former vocalist. Dahil sa hindi pagkakaintindihan na nangyari sa pagitan nilang dalawa ni Sylvan, nawala ang koneksyon niya sa grupo. Pero balita ko, nagiging maayos na ulit ang relasyon niya sa kanila. She took a break for almost two years. There's a lot of person who's still waiting for her.
