It's Time To Take You Home.

Holly's POV

I sat down cross-legged on the bed that Vic and I shared, figuring out what to tell my brother. I knew what I needed to say, just not what I wanted to say. No matter what I decided to tell him though, he would still get protective. I had to tell him though, I needed to, because I needed Vic. I sighed before clicking on his name, waiting for him to pick up the phone. "Holly? Hey, whats up!" I could practically hear how happy he was down the phone, which just made this harder for me. "Hey Austin, I need to talk to you, would you be willing to come round?" I asked, figuring that it was probably easier to do this in person. "Uh, yeah, of course. Are you okay?" His voice was now filled with worry. "Yeah, I guess. Just, I'll tell you when you get here." "Okay. Are you at Vic's?" he asked; I could tell he was getting ready to leave by all the commotion at the other end. "Yeah, I'll see you soon" I replied. "Yeah, I'll leave now. See you shortly."

"Holly, your brother is here!" Mike called up the stairs. I quickly stood up and rushed downstairs, only to see Mike and Austin exchanging their greetings. "Holly! Okay, hey, whats going on?" Austin asked as I reached the bottom step. "Ray showed up" I replied quickly. "Right? And, what happened? He didn't hurt you did he?" he asked, getting a little more curious. "Well, no. But, Vic hurt him. He's been charged with assault" I added. He stood there looking stunned, a small smile prying at his lips. "Finally got what was coming to him" he grinned. "Well yeah, but its not all that great, you see, Vic could get into a lot of trouble for this. He's actually having to stay in the station while the statements are looked over, and I really can't have him go down for this, so I have an idea, and I need your full support with it. Please tell me you'll help?" I asked, trying to stress how important this was. "Of course I'll help! Do you even need to ask? Whats the plan?" Here goes nothing. "We need to take Ray down, no matter what. I have evidence from growing up of what he's done to us, and even though this is the last thing I want to do, it has to be done and I'm willing to tell the police if it means Vic is free and Ray can't do anything anymore." Austin smiled at me; he looked glad, proud even. "Okay, I'm in. You definitely want to do this?" he asked, and I didn't even hesitate before nodding. "Good, lets plan this out then."

Mike sat with us while we figured out exactly what we were going to say; it was mid afternoon, and I felt like if we could sort this out quickly, we could go down there today and sort this whole mess out, although we had very limited time, and that was beginning to look impossible. "I think this could work, what about you Mike?" Austin asked, looking to where Mike was sat staring at some of the photographs, a look of pure pain on his face; maybe having him here wasn't such a good idea. "Mike?" he looked up, dropping the photograph. "You two went through all of this shit, your entire lives?" he questioned, sounding completely pained. "Well, yeah. But don't dwell on it, okay? We're okay now and it's all thanks to you and Vic and Jaime and Tony. This is getting sorted, please just... don't dwell on it" I smiled sadly. He stared at me for a moment before nodding. "I'm gonna grab a beer, you guys want one?" he offered, standing up a little too quickly. "Sure" Austin smiled, but there was no response from me. I was too busy over thinking how we were going to solve this.

The next day I woke up early, eager to get this sorted. Obviously I was nervous for this, but I was trying to block that out. Austin had stayed on the couch so he could come down with myself and Mike. Downstairs I noticed Austin was still asleep, and there was no sign that Mike had been down here, so it seemed like I was the only one awake. I sighed lightly before making my way to the kitchen to make a hot drink to start the day with.

We arrived at the station and before the woman at the front desk had a chance to speak, Austin was already informing her why we were here. "We need to talk to someone involved in the case with Vic Fuentes, its important" he rushed out. The woman looked a little shocked but nodded, typing something on her computer. "Okay, if you go and sit over there I'll send someone over to you" she smiled. "Thanks" Austin smiled before the three of us walked over slowly. I needed this to work, it just had to.
