I'm Losing A Perfect Thing.

Vic's POV

I walked onto the bus and went straight through to the bunk area where I was sure Holly was. "Holly, listen, I'm so sorry. I just felt a little annoyed that you wouldn't talk to me but then you were happily talking to Tony. I'm sorry. You know I'm always here for you and yeah, I'm sorry." She looked at me with sad eyes, but nodded and flashed a smile at me. "I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have ignored you. I'm just... I don't even know anymore" she sighed. "Why, whats wrong?" I asked as the worry took over. "Don't worry about it" she smiled dismissively. "No, come on, I'm here for you" I replied as I went to sit beside her. "I'm just a little paranoid and stuff. It's fine though, really." I could tell there was more to it though, because I could always tell these things when it came to Holly. "Are you sure?" She nodded, and I didn't feel like pressing the matter any further so I smiled and climbed into the bunk beside her, wrapping my arms around her waist. "I love you so much, you know that right" I mumbled. "Mhm. And I love you too Vic" she replied, causing a smile to form on my lips. I shifted closer to her and pulled her towards me, where we ended up lying until we fell asleep.

The next day we were thankfully driving, which meant I could spend a little more time with Holly; I honestly wasn't sure when we would get to spend a good few hours together. We were sat on our own in the back lounge of the tour bus, watching one of her favourite movies. Her small body was leant into mine, my arms wrapped around her with only a dim light falling over us due to the windows being darkened and all lights off, as most of the others on this bus were still asleep or groggily eating something in the front lounge. "Are you okay? I asked out of habit, interrupting the silence between us. "Yeah, I'm fine. Are you?" she asked back. "Mhm" I hummed back, averting my attention back to the screen where a Disney film was playing. We watched the rest of the film silently, just enjoying each others company for the first time in what felt like forever, and it was nice, but all nice things come to an end eventually. Inevitably, it came to an end when Kevin came and asked to speak to me quick, which meant I had to leave the comfort with Holly and walk through to the front of the bus, where Kevin was sat with Mike and Jaime.

Holly's POV

Vic followed Kevin through to the front lounge, leaving me sat here on my own like I had been the past few nights. Not long after Vic had left, Tony walked through, barely noticing my existence as he rubbed his eyes."Oh Holly, hey" he smiled as he reached down to grab something from a bag on the floor. "Hey turtle. Sleep well?" He nodded and flashed me a smile before he walked through the bus, presumably to get changed. I sat here, wondering if there was anything I could do seeing as it was unlikely Vic and I would get to finish the film, but just as I went to stand up, Vic reappeared with a meek smile on his face. "I'm really sorry love but I have to go and help the Tonight Alive guys out with something, are you... okay with this?" he asked a little sadly. "Sure, do what you need to do." I tried to give him a convincing smile, but it obviously didn't work. "I'm really sorry. I promise I'll make it up to you, okay?" he smiled, pulling me into his chest. "Okay, it's fine though, really" I replied, wrapping my arms around his waist. "Okay. Thank you, I love you." "I love you too Vic" I smiled as he stepped back. He smiled once more before leaning forward, bringing his face closer to mine before our lips inevitably met, causing butterflies to jump around in my stomach; it was the small affectionate gestures that Vic would show on this tour that kept me remotely happy, and not fall into a miserable mood. "I'll catch you later before soundcheck or something, okay?" he mumbled as he slowly pulled away. I nodded before he flashed me another one of his signature smiles and made a move towards the bus door. I sighed a little and fell back onto the sofa behind me, making a loud noise as I did so. "What's up amigo?" Jaime asked in his usual cheery tone as he appeared. He sat beside me and threw an arm around my shoulder in a supportive gesture like he always would. "Nothing's up Hime, what makes you think otherwise?" I laughed lightly. "I don't know, you just don't seem... yourself" he shrugged. "I'm fine, I've got you idiots looking out for me." "I resent that" Mike yelled playfully through the bus. "Has Vic done something?" Jaime asked cautiously. "What? No, of course not" I rushed out dismissively. "Okay," he shrugged, "anyway, stop being miserable and come and run around with me?" He was practically grinning from ear to ear, and it was that kind of positiveness I needed right now, so I playfully rolled my eyes and gave him a nod before he jumped up and pulled me up. He quickly notified Kevin that we were going for a 'walk' outside before latching his hand to my arm, where he quite literally pulled me off of the bus and into the warm air of whichever state we were in now.
