We Can Sing This On The Way Home
Holly's POV
The next day I was dressed and ready to go out with Vic and the guys. Vic was just searching for his keys which he somehow managed to lose. I on the other hand am waiting by the front door, sitting with my legs crossed seeing as I've been waiting for a while now. "Found them!" Vic shouted through the house. He ran out to where I was sat and smiled down at me, reaching his hands out for me to take. I placed my hands in his as he pulled me up from the floor and planted a soft kiss on my lips. "Are you ready?" he asked softly. I nodded before he wrapped his arm around my shoulder and lead me out to his car.
We arrived at the mall and climbed out of his car. I was prepared for a crowd of people to form like last time, but I really hope that doesn't happen again. Vic took my hand in his as we walked in, and it was surprisingly quiet. "So, where do you want to go first?" he asked, stopping and standing in front of me. "I don't mind Vic" I smiled, looking straight into his eyes. "Well how about this then. I'll call Austin and give you some money to walk around with him while I go pick the guys up?" he suggested; I guess I would feel more comfortable shopping with Austin seeing as he is my brother. "Okay" I said with a smile, which was followed by a smile from Vic as he leant closer and planted a kiss on my lips. "Okay, give me two seconds" he smiled, removing his hand from mine as he pulled his phone out.
"Austin's on his way, in the mean time, do you want to get something to eat?" Vic suggested, his eyes full of hope. I couldn't say no to him, it literally felt impossible. "Sure" I smiled, taking his hand in mine. We walked to a small cafe inconspicuously and sat down at a table where Vic ordered us both some drinks which I thanked him for. "So, looking forward to tour?" he asked, taking a sip of his drink. I nodded, but he must have noticed that wasn't exactly how I was feeling. "What's wrong?" he asked, clearly noticing I was nervous about the tour. "I'm scared" I said truthfully; why wouldn't I tell him the truth when it's to do with him anyway? "About what" he questioned, taking my hands in his from across the table. "You'll be busy most of the time, which is great don't get me wrong, but I'll end up being alone a lot of the time and people will be throwing themselves at all of you and you're all practically family to me and it will hurt to see how many people aren't throwing themselves at you for the right reasons" I said, realising I may have told him a bit too much. He smiled at me nervously before saying "you'll never be alone, okay? When we're on stage, you can watch side stage or hang with Sleeping with Sirens or Tonight Alive or any other band that decide to come and watch. And no matter how many people try getting to Mike or Tony or Jaime or myself, they won't be as good as you". He smiled at me and I visibly relaxed by his words. "You're so cheesy" I laughed, not letting go of his hands. "But you love me for it" he winked. "Can't deny that" I laughed back, sticking my tongue out at him. He leant across the table and brought his face closer to mine, so I leant the rest of the distance and pressed our lips together. We were interrupted by someone clearing their throat beside us, so we pulled apart and were met with my brother, whose face was now red. "Hey" he said, more to me than Vic. "Hey Austin" I replied, standing up to hug him. "Hey Vic" he continued. "Austin. I trust you'll look after her, you're her brother after all" he laughed, standing up to pull my brother who's taller than him into a 'bro hug'. "Of course. What are we doing exactly?" Austin laughed, clearly not knowing the situation. "I'm giving her some money to go shopping for tour stuff because she's coming on tour with us is you hadn't guessed, and she needs stuff like clothes, shoes, just stuff to suit a tour I guess" Vic laughed, not really sure how to explain it. "Oh okay" Austin smiled, throwing his arm round my shoulder. "Well I'll see you later. Contact me when you're ready to be picked up" Vic smiled, pecking me on the lips before saying bye to Austin and walking out. "So. Have you eaten today?" Austin asked with concern. "Please don't start with that. Vic's taking me for something to eat later with the rest of the guys" I replied almost instantly. He sighed and nodded before pulling me out of the small cafe.
