GABRIELLA POV

6 months later.....

Me and Chresanto still are not together but we still have a great friendship. It can get really hard sometimes when he flirts in my damn face with other girls but I can't do anything about it. I decided to take online classes till the baby is born so I won't have to go to school like this. Oh and speaking of the baby, today me and Chresanto are going to go see what gender it is! I'm am very excited. Chresanto wants a boy of course but I want a girl. Anyway, Chresanto also turned 17 a few weeks ago. He even got taller while I just feel like I am getting shorter even though I grew 1 inch taller. 5'3 :D "Ella lets go! First appointment and you're already taking your time!" Chresanto was by th door waiting for me to come down. But this is hard. I'm surprised he didnt come help me get dressed. "Hold up!!" I yelled. I put on a big white tee and some jeans. With my slippers. I don't feel like putting on shoes right now. I grabbed my phone and keys. I walked downstairs struggling to keep my balance. I even ran out of breath! Chresanto started laughing. "You look great Ella." he said. "Haha very funny. Let's just go already." he helped me in the car and we were off. The car ride was different. I got hot and hungry. My mouth was dry and my back was hurting. So of course I was going to complain a bit. But anyway, when we got to the doctors, Chresanto kindly helped me out the car, as usual, and walked me into the building. "Do you just want to just sit down? We might be here for a minute; I'll sign you in." He suggested. "No, I'm fine. You don't have to baby me." I said shaking my head at him. He smirked. "I'm not babying you, Ella. I'm just concerned about you and I want to make sure you're okay. I don't mind babying you though." "I'll just sit down." "Exactly. I'll be right back." With that being said, he walked away and I sat down in the waiting area. After he signed me in, he joined me in the waiting area and we sat there quietly for a while until I felt like breaking the silence. "Gosh, I'm so nervous. I hope the baby is okay." I said rubbing my stomach gently. "I'm sure he or she is fine. You're healthy, stress free, everything is good. Don't worry about anything." He said trying to make me feel better. He always knows exactly what to say to me. I looked over at him and his cheeks were red and he was rubbing his hands. "I guess I'm not the only one nervous." I said laughing a little. "I'm not nervous. I'm just, overwhelmed I guess. We're having a baby, Gabriella. That's some scary shit." Before I could say anything, a woman walked up to us. "Uh, Gabriella Segura?" She said looking around. I smile grew on my face as Chresanto helped me up and we followed her to the back. I was so excited! "How far along are you?" She asked getting things ready to check my body. "Uh, six months." I said looking at Chresanto with a smile. "Oh so you're here to find out the sex aren't you?" "Yeah. I hope it's a girl." I said laughing a little. "And you must be the father, huh?" She asked looking at Chresanto. He nodded his head. "That would be me." He said. "Well it's nice to see a man for once. The boys are the ones that don't stand by the woman's when they're the cause of all this anyway." I nodded my head agreeing with what she said. "But that's beside the case. Let me just check a few things on you, Gabriella, and the doctor should be in here." I smiled and she took my weight, blood pressure, and some weird other stuff. After that, she left for a few minutes and the doctor came in. "I'm doctor Miller. How are you two today?" He asked us. "Great." We both replied. "Well let's get this started shall we?" I nodded my head and took off my jacket, handing it to Chresanto. "Okay, please lay back." I laid back on the bed and looked at Chresanto while the doctor pulled my shirt up. He looked like he was going to hurt someone. I laughed under my breath before the doctor rubbed this cold jelly-like stuff on my stomach. It gave me goosebumps. He then started moving this scan thing over my stomach and a picture appeared on the screen above Chresanto's head. "Well, it looks like there is more than just one baby in there." The doctor said looking at the screen. "What?" I said sitting up a little. "You guys are having twins." I chuckled and felt my eyes watering. That explains so much. Chresanto held my hand as the doctor continued to do his thing with the machine that continuously ran across my stomach. He clicked a few buttons and finished. "Well, I'll have to look over these pictures to find out the genders. Here I are a few paper towels to wipe that up. I'll be back in a few minutes with the genders." With that being said, he walked out the room as I wiped my stomach off and face. "Twins." Chresanto whispered. "I know. This is crazy, Chres. I'm gonna lose my mind with two babies at once." He laughed. "We're gonna lose our minds with two babies at once." He corrected me. After a while the doctor came back in with the results. "Congrats on the babies. Here are the photos that were taken during the ultra sound. You're having a boy and a girl so if the dad wanted a boy and the mom wanted a girl, you both got what you wanted." "That's ridiculously amazing." I said quietly. "Yes. And they're both healthy babies thanks to the mother. You're doing a good job with food and stress and all so there's nothing to worry about. Just keep it up and remind yourself you're having two babies. A lot of things can be avoided as long as you keep doing what you're doing. How old are you?" My face went red, clearly because I was embarrassed to tell him my age, but it is what it is you know? "I .. I'm 16." The look on his face was priceless. "Well then. Just be sure to eat right and not put to much pressure on yourself. Not only could it hurt you but it can hurt the babies also." He added. After all the run downs of what not to do and what to do, Chresanto and I left the doctors happier than ever. I was so happy we were having twins. The babies will be born in three months and the due date is May fifth so I'm really looking forward to seeing them and getting them out of me as quickly as possible. "Chresanto, take me to Burger King." I demanded. "We almost home so just wait." He said putting his hands up in annoyance. "No! I just found out I am feeding two other people along with myself and dammit I need some food now!" I yelled at him. He looked over at me all shocked. This wasn't the first time. "Okay, damn." "Thank you. I love you." I poked my lips out for him to kiss me but he shook his head. "You not about to get a kiss from me after you just yelled at me like that." He said I laughed. When we got back to the house after going to Burger King, we saw Ray, Davanna, Monse, Jacob, Ruby, Monse's mom, Chresanto's mom, and some new friends of mine I met at work. Chresanto was holding my hand and in my other hand was the food he bought me as we looked at all the people in the living room. "What's going on here?" Chresanto asked half smiling. "We just want to know what the baby's gender is so tell us." Monse said. I let go of Chresanto's hand and walked further into the living room. "Well, there is actually two babies." I said scratching my neck. They're mouths dropped. I turned back around to look at Chres and he was laughing. "You're having twins?" Jacob asked. "That's what the doctor said." Chres yelled from behind me. "Here are the photos." Everyone gathered around him and looked at the photos the doctor gave us. They all looked so amazed it made me laugh. "You didn't answer our question." Ray stated staring me down. "What was the question?" "What's the gender of the baby. But now babies." I nodded my head. "We're having a boy and a girl. Happy?" Monse and Davanna started screaming while everyone else just smiled and started talking. They came up to me and started talking to my stomach and stuff even though it was a little weird. I loved how they cared so much though, but I still need my personal space. After all that Chresanto and I went upstairs to lay down. Well, it was kind of just me who wanted to lay down because I was getting tired but he felt the need to join me. He held my hand while I tried my best to go to sleep. " I can't believe we are going to have kids, Ella." He whispered to me. "I know. It really is a blessing. I just hope I won't get hurt again" I said. "You're not gonna get hurt because I'm here. It may be hard since its three of you now but, it's my responsibility so I'm gonna do it." He kissed my forehead. "You promise you won't let anything happen to us?" I looked him in the eyes and he looked me in the eyes. "I promise." I kissed his cheek and laid on his chest. I miss being with him. Ever since we broke up he got better though and he reminds me of how guilty he is for cheating on me everyday. But I just can't take him back yet. He always reminds me I still have him but I don't. That promise he made me means a lot right now. There is a lot of crazy people out there who want me dead basically. If I get hurt, it's not just me. It's my babies too.
