GABRIELLA POV
I wiped off the sweat forming on the side of my face. This water was steaming hot and I was stressed out. I did need this desperately. I laid my arms along the sides of the bathtub trying to cool myself down a bit. For a moment I closed my eyes listening to the water run and the small bubbles pop quietly. I rested my head against the side of the tub when I heard footsteps enter the room. It was Chresanto and he had some bottled bath soap in his hands. "Are the kids ready?" I asked him. He nodded his head, pulling up his sweats and sitting next to me on the side of the tub. I watched as he poured a lot of soap in the water and the amount of bubbles increased. I half smiled. "Thank you." I said closing my eyes again. "Your welcome. You sure you're okay though? You seem ...down and depressed." he said looking at me with a worried look. I sighed. "Just a little nervous. It's been a while. Plus, they've never met you or the kids so I'm curious about how the night may turn out." I said quietly. He nodded his head. "I understand. Monserratte is also here now and she's ready." he said. I smiled. "The amount of time I have left to get ready, I might have to cut my bath short." I said sitting up and grabbing my damp hair from laying on my neck. "I could help, baby. You're turning me on right now anyway." he said making a shy face. I laughed. "Well you know what to do when I ask for your help in here." I said hoping he'd catch on a bit. He smiled and got behind me turning off the water and resting his feet in my bathwater. He grabbed the shampoo and poured some in his hand. He grabbed my hair and rubbed the shampoo in it without hesitation. We're going to a family reunion today and my family has to come. Even though most of them will be speaking spanish, they're still part of the family. Me and Chresanto continued to bond with the small amount of time we had left until we had to leave before some people downstairs might get irritated. I stepped out the bathtub wrapping a short towel around my body. "You think we could slip a quickie in tonight?" Chresanto asked me wiping the hair products off his hands. I looked at him with a smirk on my face, but I walked up to him sort of sexually. If that makes sense. "Why slip a quickie in when we can just go all night and take it slow." I said looking at his chest than his eyes. He looked at me then swallowed deeply. "Gabriella, why are you doing this to me?" he asked. "Doing what.." I said unbuttoning his shirt. He bit his lip. "I see where you're gong. We'll finish this tonight. But right now, I need you to go get yourself ready for this reunion." He said grabbing me by my arms and pushing me away from him. I made a pouty face but understood what he was saying. "Fine..." I said working my way to our closet. I pulled out my Stone Obi Style Ponte Dress; cream colored with a black belt around the waist area. I also pulled out my Christian Louboutin Highness 160MM in Black Calf heels. I pressed my hair added some regular hoop earrings and left it at that. I looked in the mirror at myself rubbing some of my oil (perfume) on my chest. For some strange reason, I wasn't very satisfied. I was distracted though. So distracted that I didn't notice Chresanto standing in the doorway. "You look so professional." he said wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing my cheek. I smiled. "Thank you." I said giggling. "Kind of wish I let you continue what you started when I had you dripping wet in that short towel." he whispered in my ear. "And I could have. But looks like we traded places or something." I said unwrapping his arms from around me and walking away. I grabbed my things and hit the lights to walk downstairs. "Lets go now, sir." I said about to walk out the room, but someone grabbed me and pulled me on the bed. He just doesn't give up. I laughed to myself as his lips explored my neck. "Chresanto stop." I said trying to push him off. "I don't want too." he said pressing his lips against my skin once more. "We can leave the reunion early but we can't be late. Tonight's session is up to you." I said looking at him. He looked at me. "And something is bound to happen as long as you're dressed like that, my love." he said getting off of me. I stood up brushing myself off. "I'm sure I'll look the same by the time we get back here." I said wrapping my arms around his neck. He smiled wrapping his arms around my waist. "Lo que posiblemente podría estar tomando la encantadora pareja siempre que se meten por aquí .." I heard Monse say from downstairs. I rolled my eyes. "Disculpen mi marido. Es muy caliente en este momento." I said laughing. Chresanto was looking at me weirdly. "I understood nothing of that." he said. "She's just ready to go." I said smiling. He nodded his head, kissed my lips, and we walked out the room. What she asked was, What could possibly be taking this lovely couple so long to get down here. I responded with, Excuse me, but my husbands pretty horny right now. Now I didn't lie to Chres when I said she's ready to go, but I didn't tell him everything either. When we walked downstairs, my children were all running around but dressed very nicely. "Ve a buscar al auto, y ayudar a su hermana consigue cinturón de seguridad para mí." I said to the kids. I watched as they all listened to me and went to the car like I asked. "I'll understand this language one day. Every fuckin word!" he said in frustration. "I don't even know every word in spanish nor English." I said looking at him confused. "Well, I will." he said walking out the door. I chuckled. "Vayamos ahora." I said to Monse. She nodded her head getting up so we could leave.
CHRESANTO POV
We're on our way to Gabriella's family's family reunion. I'm glad to meet her family, but what's the point when most of them are only going to know one language? Now I haven't told her I was a bit bothered with that, and I don't plan on too. Me and Ella aren't even the same race. Well half of her is, but the other half is a side I'm not very familiar with quite yet. I'm not saying this is a punishment being married to a Hispanic woman, but the language is bothering me. She speaks English more than she speaks spanish but when she speaks spanish, I don't understand what she's saying all the time. And I can't just tell her not to speak spanish. It's in her blood and her voice. I can't even tell her to lay off the spanish when she hardly speaks it! I mean, Jacob and Ruby are also Hispanic in some type of way along with Monse. You rarely hear Jacob speak spanish but the women are always speaking spanish. I need to step up my game on this language vocabulary because even my kids understand what my wife is saying to them. I really should have paid attention to Dora when I was watching it with Crystal. When we pulled up to the place, it seemed like a party more than a reunion. There were people greeting each other outside, children running around in and out of the building, dancing and a lot of other stuff. We all got out and I grabbed Ella's hand. "And if one of your family members ask me a question in spanish and I don't understand it how am I suppose to answer it?" I asked her. "I'll translate it to you. Calm down." she said looking at me. I smirked taking a deep breath. We walked inside and I noticed there were more people than I expected. "This must be your mothers side of the family." I whispered in her ear. "Of course. I wonder if she's here." Ella said. I looked around and didn't spot the woman she was thinking about. But I did spot a few people with familiar faces from events where me and Gabriella's family got together. Mainly our wedding. After all the hellos and how are you's, we sat down prepared for a meal. Things seemed to be going a little better than I was expecting. Some people were surprised I was Gabriella's husband. "I'll be back. I have to go find the kids. They're around here somewhere." Ella said getting up. I nodded my head watching her walk away into the distance. "Do you know any of these people?" I asked Monse. She nodded her head like she was expecting me to know that already. "If you knew Gabriella as long as I have, you probably would have too." she said. I smirked. "Well, I have known her that long. We just never got along till High School." I said. She gave me a funny look. "Right..." she said. I looked around some more and noticed a group of girls staring at me. They looked like they had to be around the ages of 16 and 19. One girl waved to me smiling. I waved back uncomfortably. But than I was even more uncomfortable when they approached me. "¿Habla usted español, señor?" a girl asked me. I thought for a moment trying to understand what she asked me. I tried to remember Dora's lessons. And I did. "No, not really." I said looking at them. I think they partially understood what I said. "Él dijo que él no habla mucho español." Monse said to them. They nodded their heads but continued to stand there. "Pues dile que pensamos que es lindo.' one girl said to Monse. She giggled. "They wanted me to tell you, they think you're cute." she said to me. I wrinkled up my face. "Now that would be a compliment if they were older, but they're too young." I said crossing my arms. She laughed. "Está casado. También un poco demasiado viejo para las chicas de tu edad." Monse said. "¿Con quién?" another girl asked. "Gabriella." she responded. Now, I became a bit more engaged in the conversation after they said Gabriella's name. "What did you tell them?" I asked her. "I told them you're married to Gabriella and too old for them." she said smirking at me. I smiled. "Good, because they needed to know."
