CHRESANTO POV
I walked back into the house to check on Ella. The kids were in the car, so I can take them to school. When I walked in, Ella was at the table drinking some water. "You sure you dont wanna come? I really gotta keep an eye on you anyway." I said walking up to her. "'No baby. I'm fine trust me." she kissed my cheek. "Okay..well I'll be back." I kissed her forehead and walked back to the car... "Mama's not coming?" Chrissy asked. I shook my head. When we pulled up to the school I got out the car and walked them into the building. "Bye." I said watching them run down the halls. I stuck my hands i my pocket and kept looking forward. "You're their father?" a lady asked me. "Yes." I said. "They are wonderful kids. You're lucky to have kids like them." "What do you mean?" "You kids are so open minded. They do not cause any problems with anyone whatsoever. I smiled. "Wont be like that for long...." I said under my breath.
-----------------------WHEN HE GOT BACK HOME-----------------------
I walked into the house and looked around. "Ella?" I waited a minute and there was no answer. "Ella!?" I called again. No answer. I walked back into the kitchen to where I saw her last. The glass cup she was drinking out of was on the floor in pieces...along with a little blood? My heart started beating fast. I ran out the house and to my neighbors house we're pretty close with. I knocked on the door aggressively. She opened the door. "Well...hi." she said. "Hey Lola. Happened to see Gabriella by any chance?" her eyes got bigger. "Oh she's in the hospital. I'm surprised they havent called you yet. I mean, it happened like an hour ago." I looked back at the house and noticed some ripped caution tape signs. "What happened!?" I asked. "She supposingly collapsed. I heard some glass break while I was watering my garden. Not to mention, the windows were open. I saw everything." "What exactly did you see?" "She was sitting down then, she dropped the glass, her eyes closed a little then she fell down and her head hit the side of the table." I didn't hesitate but, I ran to the car and drove to the hospital. I knew something was up, but no one believed me. Gosh! I drove at full speed, running red lights and stop signs. I walked into the hospital. "Gabriella August?" I asked. "Room 346.." the man said. I nodded my head and looked for the room number. When I saw the room number, I ran into the room. When I saw her, I dropped to my knees. Wasn't going to cry but, I could've prevented this from happening. She was a little pale, she had bandaids, and cords all on her. I walked up to her. "Ella..." I said softly. I put my head down. "Who's Ella?" Ella asked. "What?" I said. "Who's Ella? And who are you?" I wrinkled up my face, and looked at her. Before I could say anything, a doctor came into the room. "What is wrong with her?" I asked. she sighed. "Memory loss..." I punched the wall. "But it can be recovered." I looked at her and stood by her pushing the hair out her face... "You're Ella. Gabriella." she looked confused. "I'm Gabriella?" she asked. "Yes." "How come I didnt know that?" she asked me. "You just don't remember somethings." "Then who are you?" I sighed and tried to fight back the tears. My own wife doesnt know me. "I'm your husband." "I'm married." "It's been almost 2 years." she smiled. "Well, I must be lucky." I laughed. "And so much to remember. Years worth of memories...."
To be continued.....
