Revenge Time

Jack starts running, me and Jax follow. "You chase him in a circle, I'll wait on the other side." I tell Jax. Jax nods and runs off. I stay there, patiently waiting for Jack to come. Five minutes later, Jack comes running with Jax hot on his tail. As he passes me, I quickly stick out my left foot and pull it back before he lands on it. I do not want to end up in a wheelchair. Jack falls down... into a lake. He sits up, spluttering, he asks me, "How do you do that?" "Do what?" I ask innocently. "Trip me without moving!" Jack replies. "What do you mean trip you? I haven't moved!" I insists, a smile creeping up my lips. "Jax catches up, "How do you do that?" he repeats Jack's question. "Like I told Jack, I didn't move!" I'm grinning now, which does not help when I'm trying to be innocent. Maxine giggles, she knows how I did it. I catch her eye and give her a look that says 'Don't let anyone know our secret. Only between us girls'. Maxine nods excitedly. Jax crosses his arm, "I don't believe you." "Excuse me?" I ask, very offended. "I don't believe you." Jax repeats. I huff and turn around, "Some friend you are." I mutter. "Hey! Your the one with the secret!" Jax retorts. Angrily, I swing my good leg around and knock him to the ground, my foot lands back where it was before. Jax falls on his stomach, an inch away from the lake. I look at Kayla and nod, luckily for me, she understands. She turns small and flies towards the lake with a bucket. I distract Jax by sneering. "And you want to say anything else?" I ask. Jax responds by throwing water at me. "Hey!" I exclaim, then look up, Kayla is above him with a large bucket of water. "NOW!" I scream and run off. Kayla pours the freezing cold water on Jax. "OH MY GOODNESS, KAYLA!" Jax screams. I roll around the grass laughing. "You are so in for it!" Jax growls and tackles me. "Ack! Get off me! You're so cold!" I yelp, pushing him off. Jax grins evilly, and touches my arm. I pull away, "Are you trying to freeze me?" I demand. Jax smiles innocently, "Yes." I run, well walk as fast as I can with crutches, Jax catches up easily. "Just because I'm nice, I'll give you a head start." he tells me, backing off. I move as quick as I can away from him. "Three.... Two.... ONE!" he comes running. I dodge his hand and keep running. Jax's palm touches my arm. I scream and he laughs. I start laughing too, and take my chance to run while he's still laughing. I look behind me, he's still doubling over with laughter, I don't think he's noticed that I'm gone yet. I move faster and faster. Then, I trip over a rock. I let out a gasp as I fall, I land on my already injured foot. I wince in pain and move my right foot out from under me. It's throbbing so hard I feel like it's going to explode. "Gilly!" Jax runs over. "Are you ok?" I nod and try to get up. I see Maxine, Kayla, Jack and Ollie coming towards us. "Gilly!" Maxine exclaims, running over to examine my foot. "I'm fine, really." I give her a pained smile. Jax helps me up. "We're going to the infirmary." he says. "Wait what?" I ask. He points to my foot, "You landed on your injured foot, we're going to the infirmary." I open my mouth to argue. Jax looks at me like 'You're going to the infirmary and I don't want to hear disagreements'. I close my mouth and, with his help, hop all the way to the infirmary... again.

"Gilly? Why are you here this early? It's not lunch yet, and where are your crutches?" Natasha asks as I walk in. "On the field." I say grumpily. "She fell and landed on her injured foot." Jax tells Natasha. Natasha nods, "Help her sit, let's look at her foot now shall we?" Natasha bends down and unties the bandage. I look down. My foot is a purple-black color and looks like a mango sized grape. I scrunch up my nose. Jax's eyes widen, probably because he's never seen such a horrid looking grape in his life. Natasha sighs, "Gilly, can you last a day without an injury?" she asks me. "Yes." I say, "If I weren't doing dangerous things." Natasha rolls her eyes. "Hey, constantly battling villains has given me a habit of doing dangerous things!" I defend myself. "Gilly?" I hear a voice call my name. I turn around and find Anna and another girl. The other girl has shoulder length, red hair that curled at the bottom. "Hi, Anna!" I say cheerfully, hoping she doesn't notice my grape for a foot. "What happened to your foot?" she asks. "I wasn't careful and a table fell on it." I reply. "What are you here for?" Anna holds up her swelling finger, "Me and Penny accidentally touched the acid while doing a experiment." Anna answers. So that was Penny. She seems like a pretty nice girl. "Hi, Penny. I'm Gilly, Anna's sister." I introduce myself. Penny looks so excited, "Hi! I've heard so much about you! You were all over the HEAS! I've always wanted to meet you!!" Penny squeals. I laugh, "Probably because I was the thief who stole many times and was rarely caught!" Anna stares at me. "Gilly! Don't be proud of being a thief!" Anna exclaims. "I'm not," I reply, "I'm just saying that I wasn't in the HEAS for any good reason!" "Uhh, yeah you were." Jax joins in our conversation. Penny turns to Jax, "You're Jax right? OH MY GOODNESS!!! You were the one who was the undercover prince!" I have never heard anyone talk that quickly. "Umm, yeah..." Jax says, unsure of what Penny just said. Penny continues rambling. "I can't believe I'm finally meeting you in person!! My friends are gonna be so jealous! Well, except Anna of course, she lives with you! This is so cool!!! Are you thirteen yet? Is Princess Rose actually evil? Is your sister actually Princess Rapunzel?" Jax backed away. "Umm, yes, and yes." Jax says. I catch Anna sighing, "Penny! Too pushy." Penny blinked, "Oh my goodness, I'm soooo sorry!" Penny apologizes. "Emm, it's fine...." Jax replies, then looks at the clock. "Oh! Umm, I just remembered I have something to do. See ya!" he bolts out the door. 

Penny looks sad. "I overdid it again." she whimpers. I hop over, "Hey, don't worry about it. He's just....... nervous..... I think..... Anyways, I gotta deal with this," I gesture to my foot, "Now, so see you later?" Penny nods, then waves. Anna leads Penny out the door, forgetting to grab the bandages. Natasha wraps up my foot again and hands me new crutches. "Don't lose them this time." she warns me. I nod, then head out the door.
