Alex POV
After subduing the twins and Crimson Huntress, I decided to go and look for Nino and Alya. I searched every area they could have been in to no avail. Until I saw figure wearing a green ninja outfit with black and green trainers with a shield on his back. I dropped from the building I was standing on and landed next to him.
"Nino?" I asked. The figure turned and saw me.
"Dude! I thought you got caught." He exclaimed as we bumped fists.
"Nice outfit." I said whilst nodding with appreciation.
"Thanks, dude." He replied. "Now let's find Alya."
I nodded and followed him.
After half an hour of searching, we found Alya standing next to a girl wearing a black, white and gold jumpsuit with black boots and a sword and red scabbard with a golden dragon kanji.
"Nino! Alex!" Alya exclaimed as she hugged us.
"Glad your safe, babe." Nino said. "You look amazing."
"Aww. You too." She replied whilst blushing.
Kagami rolled her eyes. I shrugged.
"You must be The Vigilante. I believe we worked together once." She said.
"Yeah. I remember you. Kagami, right? I replied.
She nodded.
"Alexander Jean-Pierre Peirce. Pleased to meet you." I said as we bowed to each other.
"Alya told me about what I did. My apologies." She said.
I shook my head. "Don't worry about that. It wasn't your-." I noticed a rocket coming our way.
"GET DOWN!" I shouted. We ducked under the rocket and watched it explode behind us.
"Holy shit! Where did that come from!" Nino shouted. We got up and found ourselves surrounded by men dressed in black and armed with bladed batons.
"I expect nothing less from my godson." I heard a voice from behind. I saw a man wearing an all black cowboy outfit with a gold badge on this shirt. His RPG turned into a black Desert Eagle pistol. A gun that belonged to my father. The only person I know who owns that gun was-.
"Uncle Joseph? What happened to you?" I gasped.
"You're godfather is dead. I am Armory." He replied, pointing his Deagle at me and fired.
I quickly pulled out my escrima stick and deflected the bullet at another henchman, hitting him in the shoulder.
"Get them!" Armory demanded. His henchmen prepared their weapons.
Ryuko drew her sword, Carapace pulled out his shield, Rena Rouge drew her staff and twirled it around her hand and I pulled out my other escrima stick and twirled them around my hands.
"We'll deal with his groupies. You take down Armory." Ryuko said.
I nodded and we raced towards them.
I jumped in the air and swung down my sticks onto Armory's head. He turned his gun into a sword and parried my strike. He swung his sword at my stomach. I performed a backward handspring to dodge the sword. Mid backflip, I threw my smoke bomb at him. He coughed and waved the smoke out of his eyes. I dropkicked him in the face, breaking his nose. He flipped back onto his feet and dashed towards me, swinging his sword downwards. I blocked the sword and pushed him backwards.
"Give up! You can't win." Armory jeered.
"You of all people know one thing about me, Uncle. I never give up." I said as I swung my eskrima stick at his jaw. He ducked and kicked my in the stomach. I landed on the ground.
"DIE!" He screamed as he thrusted his sword at me. I quickly used my hands to push myself towards him, kicking him in the chest. Armory fell backwards and flipped back onto his feet.
"DAMN YOU!" He retorted as he turned his sword into a minigun.
"The akuma must be in his gun. All I gotta do is destroy is." I muttered to myself. I sheathed my eskrima sticks and pulled out an explosive pellet.
I raced forward.
"DUDE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Nino shouted as he punched a henchmen square in the jaw.
I kept running, dodging the bullets. I leaped in the air, twisting my body in mid air and threw my pellet at the minigun. I landed on the ground and activated the pellet.
"What the-!?" Armory exclaimed as the pellet exploded, destroying both the akuma and the gun. Armory turned back into Joseph. The explosion didn't hurt him, but left him slightly disoriented.
"UNCLE!" I exclaimed and hugged him.
"Alex! I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I almost-. I could've-" He said, choking back the tears.
"It was the akuma, not you." I reassured him. He looked at my new suit.
"I love the new look." He nodded.
"Made it myself." I grinned behind my mask.
"DUDE! THAT WAS BADASS!" Nino exclaimed as he, Alya and Kagami ran up to me. I looked and saw the henchmen unconscious.
"You are one crazy guy." Alya said, shaking her head and chuckling.
"Takes one to know one." I shrugged.
"Do they know that-?" Joseph asked
"Yeah. The whole of Paris knows." I said sadly.
"It's not gonna stop you from becoming Le Loup." Kagami said as she wrapped her arm around my shoulders .
"Yeah! Who's gonna stop you? The Mayor?" Nino chipped in.
"If he can allow us to be superheroes, who's says you can't?" Alya replied.
"You guys are the greatest friends an introvert could ever ask for." I sniffed.
We saw a large amount of henchmen armed with SMGs, rifles. knives, etc.
"Go and get Shadow Spade. I'll deal with them" Joseph said as he picked up two SMGs and two spiked batons.
"I'll stay here and help." Ryuko replied as she picked up an SMG.
"Good luck you two." I said as I hugged them and fired my grappling hook on an building and zoomed onto the roof. Nino and Alya followed me.
