Chapter 6: An encounter with Viperion

Luka POV

6 months ago, Hawkmoth, better known as Gabriel Agreste, tried to take Ladybug and Chat Noir's miraculous but failed. He committed suicide in prison. A lot has changed. Marinette and Adrien are now dating and Paris is more or less normal. Marinette even gave me the Snake miraculous and made me its owner.

So far, not much has happened, apart from the weekly night patrols with Le Loup, or Alex Peirce. 

I was sitting on my bed, playing my guitar to relieve the stress of living a double life as a superhero and a student. Until I heard a footsteps on top of the deck. I put down my guitar and woke up Sass.

"There's someone on the deck. Let's go and see who it is." I whispered to him.

Sass nodded and flew into my pocket.

I opened the door and saw a woman in a bodysuit similar to Ladybug's but the colours are inverted and her hair is blonde. My eyes widened. 

"Chloe?" I asked.

The woman turned around and saw me. An evil smirk emerged on her lips. 

"Luka Couffaine, right. Or should I say Viperion?" She asked.

I gulped. She knows that I'm Vipieron? How?

I shook my head and transformed into Viperion.

"What do you want, Chloe?" I asked as I pulled out my lyre.

"Your miraculous." Chloe replied as she pulled out a sword from her yoyo.

My body stiffined. A sword!? Guess she really is different to Ladybug.

Chloe swung her sword at me. I deflected the blow with my lyre and kicked her in the stomach. She grunted and threw her sword at me. I backflipped out of the way and landed on the roof of my boathouse. 

"Luka? What's going on up there?" My mother asked.

Chloe smirked and raced downstairs. I quickly followed below deck and saw my mother and Juleka held at gunpoint by a group of men dressed in black.

"Let them go!" I shouted.

"Hand over your miraculous and then we'll see." Chloe said as she stretched her hand out.

I looked down at my bracelet and sighed. 

"SECOND-" I shouted only to get shot in the knee.

"LUKA!" Juleka screamed as I crumbled to the ground, clutching my knee.

"Bad move, Snake boy." Chloe said as she took of my snake braclet.

"No. Sass." I reached out only to get stomped in the head, knocking me out.

Chloe POV.

"We have Viperion's miraculous." I said into my walkie talkie.

"Excellent. Bring him to me. And take the mother and sister too. They'll prove useful." Shadow Spade replied.

"Fine." I said. I dragged Juleka and Anarka by the ropes whilst one of the henchmen hoisted Luka over his shoulder. I placed a bomb in the captain's cove and exited the house boat. I pressed the detonator and destroyed the house boat.

"No evidence." I chuckled to myself as I entered the van and exited the crime scene.

Kagami POV.

I watched as a black van exited the crime scene. I came too late. Luka and his family have been captured. 

"I followed them here only to allow Luka to get captured." I sighed to myself. "Hang on Luka." I followed the van only to be intercepted by a woman in an orange and white fox jumpsuit and black high heel boots.

"Who-?" I began only to be knocked out cold by my attacker.
