Alya POV
After defeating Armory and his henchmen, we made our way to The Mayor's office.
"By the way, Lex." I said as we ran along the rooftops.
"Yeah?" Alex replied as he flipped over the gap and rolled on the other side. Nino and I jumped over the gap.
"Did you find the twins?" I asked.
"Yeah. They were akumati-." He said. Then he widened his eyes and cursed loudly. "I forgot about the damn akuma that was possessing them!" He exclaimed.
"You don't know where the akuma is?" Nino asked as he vaulted over a vent.
Alex shook his head as he jumped from the roof and landed onto the next roof, rolling forward to take the impact of the fall. Nino and I did the same. Until we saw two figures land in front of us. One was wearing a black and purple tiger jumpsuit, black gloves with golden claws and dark red boots. Her hair was purple and black and her eyes were yellow. The other was wearing a black and grey jumpsuit with matching mask. His eyes were green.
"Luka? Juleka?" I gasped.
"Merde. This is my fault. I should've found the damn akuma." Alex added.
"Yes. You should've done that." A woman dressed in a red jumpsuit with a matching pair of gloves and whip on her waist.
"You two deal with them. Le Loup is mine." She said as she raced towards Alex. The two engaged in hand to hand combat.
"I got Juleka. You get Luka." I said. Nino nodded and the two started fighting.
"Jules. It's me. Alya." I said.
"No. It's Black Tigress." She replied and rushed towards me, throwing a flurry of punches. I dodged them and and kicked her in the face. She stepped back and blocked another kick I launched at her.
Nino POV
I fell on my back and rolled back onto my feet. Shadow Serpent tried to punch my face. I ducked under and uppercut his jaw. He stumbled backwards and clutched his jaw. I threw my shield at him.
"Time Stop." Time stood still. He picked up my shield and wacked it across my face. Time unfroze and I felt the blow from shield. I was sent flying of the roof and landed back first onto a car.
"Ouch. That's gonna leave a mark." I grunted. I looked up and quickly backflipped of the car as Shadow Serpent landed feet first on the car I was on, crushing in underneath. He pulled out his lyre, played on it and turned it into a spear.
"This is bullshit! Why does the akumas have badass weaponry!?" I shouted.
"This is coming from the one who has a shield that can be used as a boomerang." Alex replied as he kneed the woman in red in the face.
"Yeah. But still-!" I stopped and dodge a spear jab. I summoned my shield and swung it at Shadow Serpent. He turned his spear into a bayonet and parried the attack. He fired the bayonet. I blocked the bullets with my shield.
"The akuma must be in his lyre. If I can destroy it, I can turn him back to normal." I thought to myself.
"This ends here." Shadow Serpent turned his bayonet into a plasma canon. He fired it at me.
"SHELTER!" I shouted as a green aura formed around me and blocked the attack. I ran forward and jumped into the air.
"FETCH!" I shouted again as I threw my shield as hard as I can at the plasma canon, destroying it. The canon exploded. Sending both Luka and I flying. I landed onto a car. Luka smashed into a building.
"Oh no! Luka!" I got up and ran towards him.
Luka turned back into his Viperion persona. He got up and shook his head.
"Nino? What happened?" He asked as he clutched his head.
" You were akumatised by Shadow Spade." I replied and helped him up.
"I'm sorry I attacked you. Shadow Spade forced use to transform so that he can akumatise us. However, some took the miraculous and transformed willingly. Lila was one of them." He said sadly.
We heard a scream and saw Alex fall from the roof and land on a bus, back first. He got up and dodge Black Tigress's attack.
"Jules?" Luka gasped.
"The akuma's in her necklace. The one she got from Rose." Alya said.
"Where's Crimson Huntress?" Luka asked.
"The lady in red? She's out cold." Alex replied as he threw a smoke bomb at Black Tigress, blinding her.
"MIRAGE!" Alya shouted as an orange mist formed into her double.
"Hey! Over here." Her double taunted as Black Tigress used collision again and struck the fake Alya, phasing through her.
"What?" She gasped. Alex threw his throwing knife at her. She dodged but the knife cut of her necklace. I quickly stepped on the necklace, breaking it.
Juleka turned into her Purple Tigress persona. She was wearing a purple and white jumpsuit and a purple mask. Her hair was also purple and she had violet lipstick.
"What happened?" She asked.
"We got akumatised, Juleka. By Shadow Spade." Luka said.
"We're not the only ones." She added.
"What do you mean?" Alex asked as he crushed the butterfly with his foot.
"Everyone else is the same. Including Marinette and Adrien.
"WHAT!?" We all exclaimed except the twins.
"I saw it all." Luka added.
"Where's the akuma?" Alya asked.
"I don't remember." Juleka replied glumly.
"This is just brilliant! Now we don't have any way to purify the akumas! Meaning they'll just posses someone else or return to Shadow Spade!" Alex shouted. "Fan-freaking-tastic!"
"Calm down. Overwise we'll attract another akuma. Or more of his henchmen." Alya said.
Alex sighed. "Fine, let's just get to higher ground and make our way to The Mayor's office."
And with that, we went up to the rooftops and made our way to The Mayor's office.
Crimson Huntress POV
I woke up and saw the four brats make their way to The Mayor's office. I pulled out my walkie talkie and contacted Queen Wasp.
"They're making their way to the Boss's office." I tried to get up but noticed that both my legs were battered and bruised.
"Ugh! You're ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous! I have to everything myself!" Queen Bee scofed.
"Shut up, bitch!" I retorted and got up, wincing in pain. "Just send out every akuma you got."
"They're all defeated. Including our heavy hitters, Gamer and Stoneheart." She replied.
"WHAT!? HOW!?" I exclaimed.
"Two new vigilantes just appeared out of nowhere and wasted them. One was a female and has a bow and arrow and looked like Robin Hood. The other has duel pistols and is a male." She said. "I'll deal with them."
"What about me? I'm injured!" I retorted.
"I've already sent my men to your location." She sighed and hung up.
I sat on the roof and sulked. There goes my payment. Down the drain.
