Heechul is head over heels for his girlfriend. He will do anything for her, literally. And because he's so head over heels for her he wants to propose to her. But when? He didn't buy a ring yet anyways.

While cleaning the house he gets a text message

💖Momo💖

-Can you come to the SM building?
-We need to talk

On my way-

He kicks his slipers off and puts on his coat. Within 5 minutes he's on his way. He taked a taxi right in front of a young guy who also tried to call the taxi. "sorry kid, it's urgent." he yells back at the boy.

When he arrives he sees Momo standing outside the building. "hey." Heechul walks up to her. "you look really pretty today." she rolls her eyes and scoffs. "can you stop? I'm here because i want to break up with you."

"w-what? Why?!" she groans. "it was all just a stupid bet between you and your group mates." "all of them?!" she nods. "of course!" that's a lie. There was one person who absolutely didn't want to participate in the bet.

He had been hurt by such a bet when he was younger, so he knew how much damage it would do. But Heechul doesn't know that.

"anyway, i got to go back. Bye" she rolls her eyes and walks off. Sighing he goes back to his apartment. Heechul completely forgot he invited the others over

So an hour after arriving back home the doorbell rings. Whipping his tears away he gets up and opens the door. "what do you guys want." Leeteuk scoffs. "you invited us! Don't give us such an attitude!"

Heechul growls. "i hate you guys! You and your stupid bet!" Yesung immediately gets the hint. He tries to hug the older but he gets trown to the side. "you'll never be able to make this right. How could you do such a thing?!"

He slams the door closed. "rude..." Shindong mumbles. "didn't i tell you! I told you, i told you, it told you!"

Heechul being stuck in a depressed mindset decides he doesn't want to continue. He waits two hours before going out. Yesung won't stop calling him.... Maybe because he saw the cuts on Heechul's wrists. What ever the reason he's calling might be, he's not picking up.

Grabing his phone he leaves the apartment, not coat, no keys, only his phone. While walking he writes out a text message. Where is he going? To the company building. The roof is high enough to make sure he would never survive the fall.

Heechul walks into the company building. A few people greet him but he ignores them. He's too far in thought to realize someone is following him.

He goes to the roof stops at the edge. Taking a deep breath he wants to step forwards. But someone grabs his hand and pulls him back. Annoyed Heechul turns to the person

It's the same person he 'stole' the taxi from. "are you doing this because you're angry that i took the taxi you wanted to take?" the boy let's out a sigh and looks Heechul straight in the eyes.

"if that was the case i would've pushed you instead." Heechul instantly recognizes him as they make eye contact. "aren't you that famous young actor? Nam Da Reum if I'm correct."

He just nods, but doesn't let go of Heechul's hand. "can you just let me jump?!" Da Reum doesn't move. "why are you holding my hand anyways?!" he's not quite happy with the younger stopping him.

Someone else walks onto the roof. "Heechul!" the older looks past Da Reum to see who's calling his name. It's Yesung. "you called him, didn't you?" Da Reum stares at Yesung.

"no one called me. I was on my way here and saw your goodbye text so i came as soon as i could.... Who is he?"

Da Reum pulls Heechul farther back so they are standing far enough from the edge. "do you know him?" Yesung looks Da Reum up and down. "um...thank you for saving me Heechul." Da Reum just bows before leaving.

"how did that kid even enter?!" Yesung grabs Heechul's hand. "I'm happy he did. Let's go home... I need to talk with you." he takes Heechul back to Heechul's apartment. "i didn't take the key...." "i have a spare one, you gave that to me last year." he unlocks the door and lets Heechul in.

He makes tea while Heechul sits on the couch. "here." he gives a cup to Heechul. "now, i wanted to talk about the bet... That the others made with Momo...."

"sure, say you weren't involved. Like i believe that." Yesung sighs. "just let me explain while I'm stil calm. I didn't want them to make such a bet since i knew how it would end up."

"i still don't believe you." "i know how it feels. Because when i was younger that also happened to me. And i nearly did what you also nearly did."

Heechul scoffs. "did you get saved by a five year old?" "no, by my dad. He comforted me. So that's what i want to do for you."

After sitting and talking for an hour, Heechul feels a lot better. "thanks Yesung...i guess i just needed that...." Yesung hugs him. "anytime. But don't think I'm always like this!" he huffs. Heechul just laughs. "i didn't expect any different."

A few months passed and Heechul's doing so much better. He's taking a walk when he sees a young guy walking over the bridge. He stops and looks over the water.

Heechul recognizes the guy. It's Da Reum. He should thank him. As he's running up to the younger he notices that Da Reum is crying.

He starts walking slower again. Suddenly Da Reum climbs into the railing. Heechul doesn't know what to do. So he rushes up to him and..........
