Scratch that, I was pissed. No, I was more than pissed, I was furious.
My clothes had been soaked all day, I had no change of clothes, the only shirt I had was used to clean up Maura's mess. It was uncomfortable and aggravating.
I couldn't help but find these games between Maura and I, a little amusing. It ashamed me to admit that I enjoyed watching Maura grin when she knew her prank and gotten to me. It was even more enjoyable to watch her face fall into a scowl when she discovered what I had done.
It was still the same day when Maura decided to mess with me again. This was the time when I became worried.
I was sitting in English when the whispers started spreading throughout the class. I ignored them and tried to focus on my work, but then my own name was mentioned around me.
I looked up and found people talking and looking shocked, they all had their phones out. I ripped my phone out of my still damp jeans and opened Snapchat, there was nothing there.
I opened Instagram next, praying to find whatever everyone was talking about. There was nothing on the immediate page, a thought crossed my mind and I clicked on my profile which I hadn't touched in about five years.
There was one photo posted. I knew I didn't post it because I haven't ever uploaded a photo. I clicked on the image and was filled with an overwhelming desire to gag. A photo had been taken of Tiffany and I kissing during the spin the bottle game and posted onto my page.
I read the caption slowly, I definitely needed to throw up.
Adreinryane I am in love with my girlfriend, @tiffanysparks52 she is hot and amazing. I love you sweet little pumpkin.
The caption was followed by a large amount of unflattering emojis. The photo had been uploaded four hours ago and already had two hundred likes, the whole grade and more would have seen it by now.
I quickly deleted the post and changed the password to my account. I didn't even have to ask, I knew it was Maura that had logged in to my account, I just didn't know how she knew my password.
I looked up and found Maura smirking from her seat a few chairs in front of me. I didn't even want to look around for Tiffany.
When last bell rang I sprang from my chair, desperate to leave the school before Tiffany could sink her claws into me.
"Adi, wait up!" I heard a voice squeal from behind me.
Too fucking late.
I ignored her, walking towards the door, she suddenly appeared in front of me. God she was fast, even in those ridiculous heels.
"Have fun with your sweet little pumpkin." Maura's voice drawled from beside me, I looked at her. Her eyes were full of mischief, her face smug.
"Go away Maura, you're just jealous." Tiffany huffed from in-front of us. "Trust me, I most definitely am not." Maura scoffed. She patted me on the arm before walking away, I grabbed her wrist, stopping here. "You're gonna regret this." I whispered into her ear.
