Maura
"I should at least say hi to her." I said, trying to persuade Adrien to let me meet his mum. I was trapped inside his bedroom with the rest of the house wide awake moving around.
"What, walk out and say, hi Mrs, Rayne. I just slept at your house and fucked your son, but it's a good morning isn't it." Adrien snorted, pulling on a loose tee.
I rolled my eyes. "Can't you take anything seriously."
"I am being serious." Adrien said with a smirk.
We had been up for half an hour, realising we had to go to school somehow. Adrien was not ready to let his parents meet me and I didn't want to push him.
"I'm going to jump out of your window somehow, knock on your door and say i'm picking you up then." I said, my plan seeming sound.
"Your car is still at school." Adrien reminded me.
"Well, i walked here and you are driving me." I said, changing the plan, I realised how un realistic it sounded but it was the best I could think of.
"Have fun climbing down." Adrien said, making it sound like an impossible task.
"I'll see you in a few minutes." I winked at him before walking to the window. I felt a hand at my wrist and Adrien pulled me into him.
"Not without a kiss." He smirked. I groaned in annoyance and pulled away from his grasp. Despite how good it felt to be near him, I still loved pissing him off.
I awkwardly swung my legs over the side of the window and started to slide down the pipe outside his window. Somehow, it was harder than climbing up it.
I heard Adrien chuckle and found him watching me. I would have stuck up my middle finger if I wasn't so reliant on both hands.
The feeling of ground blessed my feet as I reached the bottom. I finally sent the much desired finger towards Adrien, who was still watching with a laugh on his lips.
Careful to avoid any windows, I walked to the front of the house and made a show of walking down the footpath and towards the front door.
I made sure my clothes were straight before I knocked on the door. A gorgeous women with long dark hair opened the door.
Now I knew where Adrien got his good looks from.
"Can I help you?" She asked, looking confused on why I was at her door at 7:30 in the morning.
"Hi, Mrs Rayne?" I asked, hoping to be as polite as possible.
"Yes." She said, her tone short and clipped.
"I'm here to pick up Adrien." I said, smiling.
She narrowed her eyes at me before turning around and shouting for her son. She turned back towards me and had a small smile on her lips. "Are you dating him?" Adrien's mum asked.
I felt guilty lying, but if Adrien wanted to wait, then I would. "No, just friends."
Adrien popped up a second later, looking a tad bit nervous. His mum opened the door wider and let Adrien pass.
