Adrien
After a steamy session in the library, Maura and I ventured back into my bedroom where she settled down at my desk and sifted through my drawings. I watched her face carefully as she flicked through them, I had never left anyone see them because I felt that they wouldn't understand and mock them instead. But Maura understood me, I realised, we were so similar in that way.
An envelope fluttered to the ground silently. She picked it up and I recognised it as the invitation to the art awards. The one my art teacher had submitted me in without my knowledge. And the one I had decided to forget about and had planned on not going.
"Adrien, when is this?" She asked, turning towards me where I was dozing on my bed.
I looked up to find the envelope in her hand and mumbled under my breath that I didn't even know.
She rose a brow before opening the envelope for herself. "It's this Saturday." Maura said with a small amount of shock.
I put my head back down, I wasn't too keen on going. My art was always personal and I never drew to impress and win, only as a way to express to myself.
"We're going." Maura stated.
I rose a brow at her before standing up and striding to where she was sitting. Maura spun the chair to face me completely and I braced my hands on either side of her on the desk.
My lips were inches from hers. "I would rather spend that Saturday here with you princess." I mumbled before kissing her.
Maura's breathing quickened at the closeness of our bodies and the touching of our lips. Despite our multiple morning fucks, she looked inclined to agree with me and go for another before she abruptly stood, pushing out of my reach.
"No, i'm not letting you get out of this one. We can't spend our days cooped up together." She said gesturing to the room around her. I bent down and scooped her into my arms, earning a shriek from her.
"Why not. I could certainly spend a whole lifetime buried inside you." I whispered into her ear. Maura tensed in my arms, her eyes grew hazy as she, no doubt, visualised my words.
"Stop that." She groaned, jumping from my arms.
"Stop what?" I lazily smirked at her, feigning innocence.
"Trying to flirt your way out of this one. What if you win the prize?" She looked at me with such demand that I realised it was hard to say no to her.
"The prize money isn't important." I shrugged.
"I guess i'll just have to go and claim to be you then." She smirked at me before tucking the letter into her shirt.
"I'm sure you could pass as a dark-haired, tattooed, moody teenage boy." I snorted. Maura looked at me with challenge. "I do take drama, maybe i'll cut your hair and use it as a wig."
My eyes widened and I backed away a few steps.
"You really want me to go?" I asked, slightly shocked at her persistence.
"Of course, do you even know what you plan to do once you leave school?" She asked, hinting that this will at least get me some where.
