Bucky's POV

Minutes pass by, and I start to struggle to sit still.
Steve went to get Wanda, leaving Tony and me here with this bag of shit.
"We are just wasting time. If Hydra didn't kill Nova already, sure as hell, she's wishing death above what they could be doing to her." I seethe, staring at Tony.
"Wanda is going to be here in minutes." He utters, pacing back and forth in the conference room.
"I can make him speak," I state, and he stops, turning to face him.
"We are going to do this following the rules. We've already collected enough felonies." He asserts, pointing his finger at me. He stands with his arms akimbo, looking up.
That looks familiar.
"Tony, she won't make it," I argue, standing back and stepping in front of him.
"I can't let you in there to beat his ass." He's right. We are at the compound. Fury would find out we broke another rule.
"Turn off the cameras. I'll do the rest." He narrows his eyes, thinking about it.
"I can give you about five minutes." He mutters, rubbing his face in distress.
"That's all I need," I affirm, walking back to the interrogation room.
Since we don't have time to actually break him, I'll have to get my hands a little dirty.
Nothing I've not done before.
I step inside the room, seeing the man chained.
His hands are on the table, and he stares at me walking in.
I turn my head up to the camera and see the red light turn off.

"Where is she?" I begin, standing in front of the table.
He keeps staring at me in silence as a grin forms on his face.
"I'm not asking you again." I notify, careful to not show any emotion.
"Who?" He frowns as I roam around the table getting next to him.
I'm not playing his game. He's going to speak loud and clear.
My flash hand grabs his hair on the back of his neck, slamming his head on the metal table.
"Where did you take her?" I spell my words slowly, feeling his breathing rate increase.
"I know you didn't take her too far. It's too dangerous, she could find a way to get away. You need to keep her sedated, and then prepare a transport. I know how this shit works, now speak." I speak in his ear, keeping his head pressed to the table.
"Poshyel k chyertu," he spits, trying to get up.
"Oh, don't worry. I will and will make sure to take you with me." I let go, just to put my metal arm on his hand and take my knife.
I align the point of the blade horizontally to his finger, and his eyes widen.
A deep scream leaves his throat as the blade rips off his nail.
"You can stop this anytime, man. Just tell me where your men took her." I deadpan, getting to the next finger.
He resists till I'm done with his left hand, and I start to lose my patience.
I clean the blade on his sleeve, putting it away.

"You think I won't kill you?" I utter, grabbing his throat.
"Because I will, and I'm going to enjoy every second of it," I smirk, grabbing my gun.
"Last chance," I slide the gun under his chin, staring at him.
"A puppet will always be a puppet. It can't cut its strings." He scoffs, not worried at all about dying.
He won't speak. Not before it's too late.
"Barnes, get out." Tony bursts into the room, but I keep staring at the man in front of me.
"Barnes, out!" He shouts, and I take my gun back.
I storm out of the room, feeling rage burning in my chest.
"He didn't say anything," I mumble, clenching my fists.
This is the second failure in less than twenty-four hours. I failed.
"I located her bracelet, but the track goes cold too soon. It could be anywhere."
"Bracelet?" I wonder, confused.
"I gave it to her when she got back," Tony says quickly, looking down to his laptop.
"No, not anywhere. Hydra tends to look for places with enough space, privacy and it has to be near to the highway."
"Like an old warehouse?" Tony guesses, and I sigh, nodding.
"Yeah, that should work." I hesitate, not sure if this will be actually turn out to be true.
"There are a few. How are we going to find Nova in time?"
"We split," I suggest, and he nods.
