Nora: "That's a dumb name."

Weiss: "Nora, can you just not."

V: "It's quite alright. I get that sort of response a lot. To explain, I used to have another name, but I chose to start a new life when I became a guidance counselor at this academy. In doing so, I also chose to take on a new name."

Falke: "Well then, Mr. V, mind showing us around. I'm pretty certain it'd be a good idea to get to know our new school."

V: "Right, you are young Branwen. We don't want you to miss your orientation match, now do we. And please call me Counselor V."

V would lead the young huntsmen through the school halls, showing them the school's different classes. From a class focused on the diverse cultures of the four kingdoms to literature from past civilizations, to even a course focused on Fuanus society—eventually ending up outside a sizeable coliseum-style arena with a giant sandpit.

V: "Now, for those who don't know common Vacuo societal norms. The people of Vacuo value strength above all else. How strong you determine how everyone treats you. If you are strong, you'll be shown respect, but if you are weak...you get the idea. Now I need a volunteer to participate in a small exhibition match?"

Ruby and Nora begin to excitedly jump up a down with their hands raised as they try to get picked, but V has already made his choice.

V: "How about Miss Nikos? I do believe you have been away from a traditional arena for some time, and it would hopefully ease your mind to be in the middle of an arena once again." Pyrrha is slightly caught off guard at the statement.

Pyrrha: "Well, I wouldn't be lying if I said it would be nice to step back into an arena. But my champion days are long behind me, and I'm not trying to fight for any glory or especially any trophies."

V: "You misunderstand Miss Nikos. You won't be fighting for glory or any reward. But, unfortunately, with the arrival of a fresh batch of new students such as yourselves. The students of Shade have become restless, and they wish to see what you all are capable of, now while I could've just asked Mr. Branwen here to participate. It's clear to see he outclasses our students by a wide margin."

Falke: "So you saying she's weak enough?" Taking hold of Pyrrha's hand on instinct.

V: "On the contrary, Mr.Branwen, I believe she is the perfect individual to represent all of you and provide a well enough challenge and show for Shade academies students so that they welcome you with open arms, instead of skepticism." His words ease Falke's anger as he slowly loosens his hold on Pyrrha's hand.

Pyrrha: "Well, if it helps gain trust among our future comrades and I get to have some fun as well, then I'll gladly participate."

Ren: "So who'll she be facing, and what about us?"

V: "She'll be facing someone the students picked to represent them, and the rest of you will follow me up to the seat this way." Gesturing towards a set of stairs to their right.

As the group makes their way up the steps, Falke stays back with Pyrrha as the Black panther that'd been following them had been replaced by a black crow-like creature watching the two from the stairs.

Falke: "You sure you got this?" Taking hold of both her hands.

Pyrrha: "You're not doubting my fighting prowess now, are you?"

Falke: "Not for even a second. I just wanted to make sure you come back to me safe, alright."

Pyrrha: "Don't worry, my little devil~. I'll make sure to come back."
