Falke yawns as he wakes up, looking down to see Pyrrha snuggling into his chest. Wrapping his arms around her, he places a kiss on her head.  Able to squeeze out of her hug of him, he begins to get dressed.  As he finished getting dressed, he heard a knock at the room door. Picking up the Yamato, he went and opened the door, surprised to see Ruby at his door in full gear.

Ruby: "Oh! You are already ready. Good."

Falke: "Uhm...Ruby, what're you doing here? It's like 7 in the morning."

Ruby: "Well, duh, silly. We're going to get my mom back. Remember?"

Pyrrha: *Yawn* "Is someone there, sweetheart?"

Falke: "Uh yeah, give me a minute." Closing the door and walking over to Pyrrha.

Pyrrha: "Was that Ruby? What is she doing here so early in the morning?"

Falke: "Morning, my love." Kissing her, much to her joy. "Ruby and I are going on a mission for a while. We only learned about it last night from my dad."

Pyrrha: "Well, how long are you going to be gone? I don't think I'll be able to handle you being gone for so long."

Falke: "I know, I know. But hopefully, it shouldn't be too long. But for now, I want you to hold onto this." Handing her the Spear of Creation.

Pyrrha: "Are you sure this is a good idea?" Taking hold of the Relic.

Falke: "Absolutely." Initiating a passionate kiss with her. "Now put some clothes on. I doubt Ruby would want to see you like this."

Ruby: From behind the door. "Hey, guys? I'm still here, you know."

Pyrrha: "Be safe, alright?"

Falke: "Me? Safe? Hah! You're so funny." Earning a chuckle from Pyrrha as he leaves the room and makes his way out of the building with Ruby.

Ruby: "So? Does she know?"

Falke: "Oh yeah. Let me tell my overprotective wife that I'm going to hell. That'll go over well."

Qrow: "You know, kid, you keep saying she's your wife, but last I checked, I didn't get a wedding invite." Qrow was waiting at the exit of the building. "Don't worry, kiddos. Dear Qrow has gotten us a ride for our journey."

The three make their way outside to see a somewhat familiar ship at the landing pad with a more familiar pilot checking over the boat.

Qrow: "Ky! She ready to fly yet?"

Ky: "Yeah, yeah, yeah. She's all good to fly."

Falke: "Ky? I thought Theodore banned you from flying?"

Ky: "He did, but I broke the lockdown in Atlas. You think an old guy who wears a cape is going to scare me?"

Ruby: "It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Ky."

Ky: "Please just call me Ky, little red."

Qrow: "Well, if we're ready to go. Then let's head out. You know we're going, son?"

Vergil: Summoning himself. "Yes, I can lead us to the Hell Gate."

Ky: "Ah...You're still possessed with a spirit or something."

The four embark on their journey, Vergil using the map of Vacuo to lead them to the original area where Summer found the cave. Finally finding the cave, they land outside of the entrance, the three Huntsman exiting the ship.

Ky: "How long should I wait for y'all?"

Falke: "You shouldn't have to wait that long. At most, maybe a day."

Ky: "A day! *sigh* Your lucky I've slept in my ship before."

Qrow: "Well, you two ready?"

Falke: "Only one way to find out."

The three head into the cave, quickly taking out Grimm that had settled into the cave—quickly finishing off the Grimm, they eventually find the large stone structure from the memory.

Qrow: "Is this it?"

Vergil: "Yes. This is the Hell Gate."

Ruby: "Are there any more of these?"

Vergil: "No, Dante and I made sure to clear out and destroy any other existing ones. But it seems this one must've stayed off our radar, or Dante just got lazy and didn't destroy this one. Hmph, I'll have to ask him later on."

Falke: "So? How do we open it, or can it even be opened?"

Vergil: "All you have to do is use the Yamato to force open the gate."

Falke would unsheathe Yamato, slashing at the stone structure. The blade slicing into the structure, creating a sizeable blue portal.

Falke: "Well, whenever we're ready."

Ruby: "I'm on my way, mom." Ruby charging into the portal.

Qrow: "Come on, son. Let's go to hell."

Falke: "How long have you been saving that one?"

Qrow: "Way too damn long. But it was entirely worth it."

Both of them walking into the portal. The portal closing behind them as the cave again becomes empty.

AUTHOR NOTE: Sorry about the chapter being shorter than usual. I wanted to set up the following few chapters since the characters will be heading into the Underworld.
