"LET'S GO people. I've been in surgery since 2.00 AM. I'm in no mood. " Bailey says making her way trough the hospital.
"Hello Dr. Bailey would you love some pancakes?" Ellie smiles sweetly at Bailey when she thanked her when she start walking with her. The twenty seven years old surgeon made her way through the hospital.
"Yang you're late!" Alex says towards Cristina. "Hey, I got here before George." Cristina answers him back.
"Oh how I'm happy that I'm not in my intern years." Ellie mumbles to herself and Bailey nods.
"Nice of you to join us, Yang." "Yeah, what are you smiling about? Aren't you supposed to be on the gynie brigade? " Cristina asks Alex making Ellie laugh. She looked at Bailey and stopped when she saw the look on her face.
"Yeah, whatever." Alex mumbles and Ellie slowly left the group of interns and Dr. Bailey when they went in to patient's room.

"DID YOU SEE DEREK?" Ellie asks the interns when she found them in a hall.
"No." Meredith answers holding her stomach. "You good?" Ellie asks concern about her friend. "Yeah, I'm alright." She answers but not making Ellie or Bailey hundred percent sure.
"Really, Dr. Grey?" Bailey asks her. "Yeah, Dr. Bailey. I just... need to make a choice is all." She answers while she sits down and look in to another hall where she saw Derek.
"Derek, hey I've been looking for you." Ellie says as he hugs her around shoulders. "Dr. Green, Dr. Grey, I am clipping a basilar tip aneurysm. Any interest?" He asks looking at his right at his friend and in front of him on Meredith.
"Yes! I mean... I would love to." Ellie says making him chuckle. He looked back at Meredith when he spotted Addison walking to them.
"Dr. Bailey can I get... " Addison stopped talking once she looked in front of her instead of Dr. Bailey making Ellie turned around and coming there as well.
Her jaw dropped on the sight of Mark Sloan shaking hands with some people from the hospital.
"Oh, my God." Addison says. "Bloody hell." Ellie says running her hand though her long curls. The interns and Derek looked towards them.
"Oh.. my.. God.." Derek says.
"Is that... " "McSteamy." Christina finished George's sentence making Ellie groaned when she remembered the nickname she got him.
