PEOPLE DO MISTAEKES ALL THE TIME, RIGHT? Cristina Yang's little secret got out and only few people knew about what truly happen and when they knew they didn't talk to her, include the interns. But mistakes are supposed to teach people to do better next time, aren't they?
Ellie was standing next to Derek Shepherd in one of the patient's room as a second neurosurgeon on that case. "Jake and Peter Weitzman, 35-year-old pygopagus conjoined twins attached at the lumbosacral junction." Dr. Bailey, who was standing next to Derek from the other side, says out loud for everyone to hear, even the interns who were staring at the twins.
Mark Sloan came to Ellie's side taking the same chart as Derek was holding and reading it. "But not for long, right, Dr. Webber?" One of the twins asks the chief.
"The Weitzmans came about sic months ago for a separation procedure. They opted out because of the risk. " Dr. Webber announced to the interns.
"Pete chickened out." Jake says glaring at his brother.
"Well, forgive me for wanting to live longer, even if it meant living with you." Pete says and Mark looked up from the chart with a rise brows making the woman next to him chuckle.
"Yeah? Well, you wasted six months of our lives... "
"Oh, come on." The two brothers start to fight.
"Thank you very much." Jake says sarcastically. "Stop it." They both looked the other way of the room making Ellie's cheeks hurt from the smiling.
"You guys came back at the right time." Alex says stepping in to their little argument. "We just scored New York's top plastic surgeon." The intern says and Mark sighs.
"Mark Sloan, plastics, and you remember Dr. Shepherd, your neurosurgeon. " Chief Webber says and then look at Ellie.
"Dr. Elizabeth Green, second American best neuro surgeon, Dr. Shepherd's right hand in your case." Ellie smiled at the two men and shook their hands.
"We, uh, we used to work as a team, actually." Mark says as he shook Pete's hand, making Ellie smiled at him too.
"Pete, good to see you." Derek said to his patient when he shook their hands too. "We worked together. We were never actually a team." The smaller woman kicked Derek a little making him hiss and look at her with raised brows.
