I was listening to the song 'Better than revenge' by Taylor Swift and imagined (y/n) singing it about Reisha. So I decided to write a one-shot.
Also 15 followers!!! I'm so happy and surprised. Thank you so much.Enjoy.
...
What if Katsuki and (y/n) broke up?
What if he believed Reisha like everyone else?
What if (y/n) was truly alone?
That's what happened to this (y/n) (l/n).
Now she sits in the UA garden, heartbroken and alone. Her heartwrenching sobs fill the otherwise silent area. Birds chirp as though to mock her saddened state, or perhaps to cheer her up. It's difficult to tell.
Why!? The poor girl cries out mentally, Why does no one believe me? Even Kat-no Bakugo believed her.
(y/n) looks at her injured arms. Bruises and cuts litter her skin like an abstract painting. Many were caused by the new student, Cindy Reisha, though the pain they cause is menial in comparison to the injury on her shoulder.
The explosion-shaped burn that was given to her by Katsuki Bakugo himself.
Nothing hurt more than the pain that still lingers in her mind from that mark.
The burn has already begun to scar, creating a star-like mark that serves as a constant reminder of the betrayal.
"Are you ok?"
(y/n) looks up at the source of the voice. Before her stands a very familiar girl with orange hair tied into a side ponytail. Her bright teal eyes shine with concern for the (h/c) haired girl in front of her.
"Oh, hello Kendo. I'm fine, thank you." (y/n) replies.
Kendo sees straight through the obvious lie. With a sigh and a small smile, she helps the teary girl to her feet.
"Let's get you cleaned up," she says.
Kendo guides (y/n) to the nurse's office to get healed. Unfortunately, Recovery girl isn't there when the girls arrive. Kendo, being the big sister figure she is, immediately got to work treating (y/n)'s injuries. She's gentle yet quick as she applies a numbing cream to the bruises and antibacterial cream to the cuts. Once the creams dry, Kendo wraps (y/n)'s arms with bandages.
"Alright," Kendo says upon finishing, "do you have any other injuries?"
"No," (y/n) lies.
Kendo smiles, relieved.
"Alright, that's good," she says.
Kendo places her hand on (y/n)'s shoulder, only to notice (y/n) flinch from the pressure. With a disappointed sigh, Kendo removes the injured girl's blazer and a bit of her shirt to treat the injury. She doesn't say a word, though (y/n) can feel Kendo's eyes as she examines the burn.
Once Kendo finished treating the injury she slowly helps (y/n) to her feet without a word passing her lips. (y/n) appreciates the silence, though it also gives her a sense of anxiety.
Kendo leads (y/n) to a nice house not too far from the school. (y/n) glances at the house, though she asks no questions. She's too nervous and confused to question anything aloud.
Kendo doesn't bother knocking on the front door, making (y/n) assume that it's her own house.
Upon entering, (y/n) quickly learns that this is, in fact, not the Kendo residence.
"Knock, Kendo! Knock!" Neito Monoma yells, not peeling his eyes away from the tv screen. Shinso and Tetsutetsu sit on either side of him, completely immersed in whatever game the trio is playing.
