"What the fuck" Jeongyeon slapped his hand away from her face, and he said 'ouch' in a very playful way.

"Aish you're no fun" Jimin shook his head with a small smirk.

"Can you just let me eat in peace? I've been starving for hours now." She groaned, making her way back to the table. She didn't take too much entreé as most of it are raw and she doesn't eat raw that much, it causes her constipation.

"We can go to a burger joint outside if you like." Jimin shrugged in response.

Jeongyeon looked at him weirdly, "And why on earth would we abandon them here? Your dad invited me here so I have to stay."

"This place is boring and it smells like old people." Jimin whined.

It might be a bit true that there's nothing much to do here anyway aside from sitting and watching other people talk by their own bubble. But Jeongyeon didn't want Mr. Park to think that she's ungrateful and that his own, devilish son is now tempting her to go on a burger joint.

"Are you finish contemplating?" Jimin snapped his fingers in front of her making her jump a bit. "Come on, we'll make sure to put some extra mozarella cheese on the top."

Before she could even reply, Jimin went to their table while dragging Jeongyeon on her feet, not being able to process the situation for a bit.

"Mom, Dad," He said, calling the attention of the two adults, "Jeongyeon was about to pass out a while ago. I think she should rest for the night."

"I am??" Jeongyeon whispered to him but he immediately shut her up with a small bump on the shoulder.

"O-Oh yeah! I— Um, I feel dizzy since this morning so..." She smiled awkwardly at them.

"Oh dear, you should have told us earlier! We wouldn't mind sending you home at all." Mrs. Park looked at her with concern, the same goes for Mr. Park. "Jimin-ah, is it okay if you drive her home? I think it'll be safer for her to do that. You know how weird drivers does these days."

"All is good, dear mother." He said cooly, "She'll be in my care." Jeongyeon gave an awkward bow and smile before she trails behind Jimin who's heading to the banquet hall exit.

"Jeez, your acting skills sucks." Jimin stuck a tongue out at her.

"That's because I don't act my way out of everything." She hissed in reply.

"Whatever. Hop in." He motioned for her to go inside the silver ferrari which was specially brought by a hotel chauffeur.

Up until now, she couldn't believe that she's hanging out with a son of a potential trillionaire of South Korea. Snapping out of her daydreaming, she took a seat shotgun beside him and buckled her seatbelt in case she flies out of her seat from Jimin's reckless driving.

They managed to arrive at a small burger joint that is 10 minutes away from the hotel — nearly just 4 minutes due to Jimin's 'incredible' driving skills. Jeongyeon felt like she was going to die.

Going inside the store, there wasn't much customers. The interior felt like they're back in a 50's diner with a small pink jukebox by the corner of the store. The matching tables and chairs were in coloured red, yellow, and dark blue while pictures of burgers, milkshakes, and fries plastered across the glass windows and walls. They took a seat by the counters in a tall stool,

"Hey there cutie."

A petite young woman who's probably the same age as they are, went her way to the front with a smug, smirk. She was looking at Jimin's direction, completely ignoring Jeongyeon on the side. She raised an eyebrow at the waitress but she ignored her still.

"What can I get you?"

Jimin didn't care less about the way she tries to flirt and Jeongyeon's internally fuming at his side. She was about to protest that she's there too but Jimin answered,

"We'll be having two cheeseburgers with extra mozarella on top, animal style large fries with extra sauce, and one milkshake with two straws."

"I'm sorry, two straws?" Jeongyeon whispered to him and he only winked in response, making her blush.

The girl paused her flirting while he's there giving out a not-so-friendly grin. She cleared her throat in annoyance and went to the back of the kitchen to get their orders ready.

Jimin's hand suddenly flicked Jeongyeon's forehead harshly and she winced in pain,

"Yah! What did you do that for?!"

"You were frowning, babe. Stop it or you'll get wrinkles."

Mentally screaming from the fact that he called her 'babe' without any warnings, it enough for her to melt internally.

"Anyway, I wouldn't be able to get my fill from that stupid dinner party. They don't even have any meat on the menu." Jimin said.

"Do you usually go here whenever Mr. Park throws a business dinner?" She asked.

"Obviously. It was pretty boring." He chuckled, "But I sometimes manage to get through the night just because of Dahyun. I would usually play with her just to kill some time"

Jimin didn't know why he's sharing all of this information to her, he doesn't know if it's the shot of vodka four hours ago but he just felt comfortable talking to her very openly like this. And the same goes for Jeongyeon, she was there listening to every word he says regarding his relationship with Dahyun and the 'stupid' parties he's been through since he was a kid.

The girl suddenly came back with the orders and she didn't even bother talking to him nor made any eye contact on either of them but when Jimin moved the plate more to him, there was a small paper at the bottom of the plate where a phone number is written.

"Persistent, are we?" Jeongyeon took a sip on their milkshake with smirk.

"Why? Don't tell me your jealous?"

"Over my dead, sexy, body." She rolled her eyes annoyingly.

"Bet." Jimin licked his lips making Jeongyeon slap him on the arm.

Taking a bite of the burger, she couldn't help but exclaim her love for the test and the texture of it inside her mouth.

"Oh my god, I think this is the best burger I've ever had in my entire life." Jeongyeon said while taking another bite.

"Eat to your heart's content, I'll take you to a place nearby so we can take a walk right after." Jimin chuckled while looking at her, stuffing her face constantly.

"Why are you being so nice to me anyway? Are you planning my assasination or something?" She said, furrowing her eyebrows playfully at him.

"If I do then I should have done it a long time ago." He replied.

"So rude."

They were eating their meal in peace and made small conversations halfway through. It was like as if Jimin's walls slowly crumbles down everytime he talks to Jeongyeon. There's something about her that makes her more approachable and open than any other person he has met.

Someone who actually listens to him.
