The moon shone brightly across the September sky when Jimin and Jeongyeon went to Namsan tower for a quick stroll, they spare an hour and a half to sit there. They're planning to go back to the house right away before the rest of the family gets home.

"So since you've used all of your questions coupons from last time, I think it's my turn to ask the questions now." Jimin placed his hands on his pocket, looking at his breath where the small fog comes out from the cold.

She could help but feel tensed when it was Jimin's turn to ask questions. Asking more about her background and her life in general is making her uncomfortable. Shifting on her seat on the wooden bench, she cleared her throat before hugging herself with the shawl she brought with her.

"Why did you come here in Seoul? I mean you would have probably accepted some other jobs there back in Jeju but why here?"

There was a small moment of silence in the atmosphere. Her fingers dwindle busily as she looks for the right answer,

Should I tell him?

Is it the right time for me to trust him?

What if he uses this against me?

What if he'll hates me more once he finds out the reason why I left Jeju?

"Yah, are you there?" He waved his hand infront of her worrisome face. He noticed this right away when she tries to brush it off and he sighs softly. "We'll skip that part for now then."

Jeongyeon was somewhat relieved when Jimin decided to drop it and she felt shy for a second, thinking how lame she was for not answering that simple question. "Okay." She muttered.

"Next, do you hate me?"

She gave him a weird look and he looked back at her without any hesitations or shame. He was pretty straightforward when it comes to asking somewhat-personal questions like this but Jeongyeon bit her lip, and chuckled,

"I did. But since you were so nice to me these days, I might reconsider." She shrugged.

"You're still a country bumpkin."

"You're still an ugly dwarf."

"I think you need to get your eyes checked, this 'ugly dwarf' you're calling had tons of women dying just to get their hands on him." Jimin winked at her and she gave out a fake gag.

"Your level of confidence is taller than you."

"Oh yeah? I bet you'll fall for me in a matter of days." Jimin smirked and this time, she stopped laughing.

Jeongyeon looked at him like he was crazy, trying her best not to let him get the best of her.

"Are you being serious right now?" She chuckled at this ridiculous idea.

She stood up from her seat to head back to the car after a flight of stairs, but Jimin grabbed her by her arm to turn her to him.

"Yeah, I'm 1000% sure I'll be able to make you fall for me in two weeks. Wanna bet?"

"This is absurd!" Jeongyeon scoffed.

"Why? Are you too afraid that it'll come true?" Jimin placed his hands on his pocket with a confident smile. Just looking at his bright smile makes her want to smash her lips on his soft ones—

"No, I'm not." She groaned, she knows there's no way out for Jimin on this one. "Since you're oh so arrogantly confident on this one, I'll be happy to drag you to hell once this is over."

"So it's a deal?" He grinned.

"Yes, it's a fucking deal."

Jimin suddenly pulled her towards him with such force that her face ended up only a few millimeters away from his. His hands wrapped around her waist not a sexually way, and his hands placed over hers.

"W-What are you doing?!" Jeongyeon felt flustered from his sudden touchy movements that her cheeks flushed in bright red along with both of her ears.

"Hm? The deal starts now." He smiled seductively before leaning to her ear,

"Don't fall for me, Yoo Jeongyeon. Or you'll pay for the consequences right after."

Lighting up a cigarette by his bedroom window, Jimin looked at the bright moon above him. His wet hair trickled and he was wearing a white shirt and sweatpants as he was in the shower a couple of minutes ago. He heard some small noises from the kitchen downstairs, thinking it must have been Mrs. Min but when he headed towards the dining area, he saw Jeongyeon getting herself a cup of warm milk, holding a small kettle.

When his eyes trailed down to what she was wearing, she only had a long white shirt that ends on her mid thigh looking like a dress on her and god knows what she's wearing more underneath. He felt himself gulp and as he was about to turn back to his room his foot accidentally hit the table leg causing him to yelp in pain and Jeongyeon turning around to see who it was,

"Aish this stupid table...!" Jimin groaned, crouching in pain.

Jeongyeon shot him a small smirk, crossing her arms on the process, "Sneaking behind other people's backs now I see?"

"Shut up, don't act like you own this kitchen." He spat back, going to the fridge to get himself a glass of water. He lazily poured the water on the small glass, making a splish sound and bits of water dropped by his feet.

"I always cook in this kitchen so yes, it's somewhat mine now." She replied back.

"I'm sorry, the last time I checked it was Mrs. Min who usually cooks the meals for us since you're just Dahyun's ostrich nanny."

"Ostrich?!"

"Yeah. Your legs are kinda long and skinny, it looks like birds' legs—" She basically slapped his arm in which he retrieved successfully before she can even hit him. "You're getting touchy now, Miss Ostrich?"

She wanted to smack that smug smirk away so she tried to smack him one more time with a spatula by the cupboard but as soon as she takes another step, the spilled water from a while ago made her slip backwards.

Jimin quickly made his way to grab her hand but with so much force, she pulled him to him harshly making them fall on the ground. Jeongyeon's eyes opened seeing their noses touching gently. His eyes widened from their distance as well as hers.

After a few seconds, Mrs. Min came by the kitchen to see what the commotion was about. She spotted the both of them on the floor, Jeongyeon on top of Jimin while his hands rested on her waist securely.

Their eyes snapped towards the old woman who stood there processing the whole scene.

"I'm sorry, pretend I'm not here. Please continue." She turned her back casually again to her bedroom and Jeongyeon pushed his chest to stand herself up from the ground.

Trying her best to come up with a great solution and reasoning to Mrs. Min, she was panicking internally while Jimin's busy remembering the feeling of herself extremely close to him is making his heart beats abnormally.
