✯It was 5:25pm on a cold Saturday when Jeongyeon decided to wear a white shirt tucked in her light denim pants with a little bit of light makeup but with a twist; so she had false eyelashes, and a bold, solid red lipstick. She straightened her hair today with a bit of a tease at the ends and cut herself some bangs to top it all off.
"Yah, country bumpkin! You better get your ass down here or I'll leave you!" She heard a loud yell downstairs and she hurriedly took her small pouch with extra money and her red lipstick just in case she needs some makeup retouching.
Jimin could have sworn his eyes darkened when she saw her figure by the door when she shut it behind her. She looks absolutely breathtaking and he didn't notice that she's nearly approaching his car so he quickly averted his gaze with a huge smirk on his face.
"Not bad on the new look." He said, making Jeongyeon look at him with surprise, "You don't look like a homeless person for once."
"Do me a favour and throw yourself off the cliff."
"Ladies first." Jimin replied back instantly, Jeongyeon just scoffed and rolled her eyes in response.
And they continued their endless bickering inside the car where Jimin would sarcastically get into Jeongyeon's nerves and she only had a single hair strand of patience left inside her. When they got into the venue, Jihyo immediately spotted them, running towards their direction.
"You finally made it!" She happily said.
"Damn right about that, I couldn't wait to get out of the car, he's driving me nuts!" Jeongyeon slammed the door behind her before marching to a different direction.
Jihyo gave Jimin a small glare and Jimin gave her a 'what did i do' look.
"Seriously, you really need to be extra nice to her if you want her to like you."
"Since when the fuck did I tell you that I want her to like me?" Jimin's voice had an obvious tint of annoyance in it but Jihyo didn't seem to bother about it.
"I saw the way you look at her." She replied, "You can't hide nor push away your feelings forever. You're definitely going to lose her before you even realize."
Jimin clenched his jaw, diverting his gaze angrily from Jihyo. He wasn't angry at her, he's getting angry at his indeciveness. She walked away to hang out with Daniel and Jeongyeon who's already getting their cups of beer.
"Yo, Chim." Namjoon approached the silver-haired lad along with Yoongi. "Glad you made it on time. You should probably head there already so we can have more time to look at your gear before it starts."
"On it." Jimin didn't bother looking at them and just went straight to the starting line where the others are waiting for the time.
"Where did you go?" Jeongyeon asked her friend who took a huge gulp of beer.
"I exchanged a few words with Jimin, nothing biggie." Jihyo shrugged.
Jeongyeon looked like it was more than that since she knows how Jeongyeon act towards him. She would never have a serious conversation with him unless it's important. But she let this slide for now and continues to watch the men getting ready, knowing that they have less than a minute to prepare.
She landed her eyes on Jimin who's busy talking to Yoongi from the distance and she couldn't help but look at him for so long. He didn't do anything special with his clothing nor his hair but there's something about him that stands out in the crowd. Just seeing him from the distance is making her heart beat abnormally,
