Zayn's POV

I pull my arms out , and wait for her answer. I look at her and saw nervous and confuse. She must've think why I ask her that. Connor cough as a sign that he is also in the room.

" Well , see you tom, Marifi " He say , Mari just nods and then he leave.

" So.. ? " I wait then bit my lip , I was just scared. Scared of what Zayn ? I ask myself.

" Okay... " She replied , and I sigh in relief. I'll promise im going to make it right.

fast forward

We are finally at this Café shop that looks like old fashioned but I careless. We ordered already..

Im still planning to get it back... I want to convince her to just ignore her feelings for me. But that'll be bad. Because you cant control them, you cant just tell them that when they are in love.

" Mari.... I want to tell you something... " I whispered. She look at me and raise her eyebrow

" I may ... or I may never return your love for me. " I finally say , she parted her lips. I can tell that any minute shes going to cry.

" I dont want to hurt your feelings... But maybe its better this way... you as my Best friend's Daughter. Yes I miss you so much, being happy you are like before. I just..... Dont love you as you do at mines " I say , looking at her eyes then at my cup that finally arrived a while ago.

" How can you be so sure Kuya Zayn ? "

" I just.... Know... "

" I wish i can just stop loving you right now , but I cant... It hurts so much but can you please.... try? Try to know .... try to love me, Kuya Zayn " then her tears are falling she wipe it away quickly.

" I dont know Mari.... I dont think i can. And... Im sorry about the letter... I was talking about your parents letter for your sister. Then I finally read yours. "

" Its okay " she reply then she drink her coffeee seems dissapointed.

Her chocolate brown eyes looking at the window wanting a comfort.

I hate this, being the reason why she is broken inside, sad ....

But do I love her ? I dont know.... I really want to know.

" Can we go home now ? " She ask , and I nod

The drive was silent. And it makes me crazy. I even saw her tears and it breaks me. Why ? Why she love me ? Im just making her suffer in the feelings.... Why it has to be me ?

I stop the car and look around , its dark already.

" Why did you stop ? " She ask , I remove my seatbelt and look at her.

" Mari... Why do you love me ? " I ask.

Third person's POV ( eooppaa )

Marifi look at Zayn in shock , why the sudden he just ask that. It makes her heart go jump around. Zayn hazel eyes are so bright by the moon. His lips flat in line and in confuse. Marifi bit her lip looking at Zayns perfection.

" If I tell you now it will end up when I die " And thats true. Theres alot of reason why to love Zayn. Who wouldnt love him anyway?

" But one of the reason why is... Because.... You are the reason why I want to wake up.. So i can still see you everyday, even though it hurts me.. That you cant be mine. " She said letting it out. Zayn's breath become heavy , he looking at Marifi. She is beatiful , mixed by Irish and Filipino that make her eyes brown and hair too. But hell she look a bit pale. But Zayn love em' . Zayn leaning in , while Marifi do too.

When their lips met , Zayn cant hold back anymore. Their lips are just like meant for each other. Marifi kissed back, even though she know that Zayn is just doing this as a 'thank you' but she thought wrong.

Zayn felt amazayn ( a/n: lol ) it makes him feel alive ( a/n: lol ). He forget Aleonna , he forget how his heart become broken. Maybe trying to love Marifi will help him. He thinks.

When they finally pull apart. Marifi cant hide the smile. But still in confuse that why Zayn do that to her.

" Mari I.....

I'll try. But promise me... you'll wait till im ready. " Zayn whispered and gives Mari one last kiss.

" I'll wait,

I promise "
