(A/N: I imagine that the amount of time on Asgard related to the amount of time on Earth would be 1 year on Earth would equal 50 years on Asgard.)
TW mainly sadness, torture at the end though
Can Heimdall see what's being done to her? What she has done? Do they even care? Thor and Loki. How I miss you.
1st Person POV (Loki)
It's been 100 years since she was banished. 100 years since I've last seen my best friend. I run to Heimdall's observatory, like I do every day, in hopes that maybe today will be different.
"Good morning Heimdall, how are you today?"
"Good morning to you as well my prince, I am doing well myself. How are you doing?" He asks, emphasizing the "you." I sigh.
"I miss her Heimdall, I really do." He and Frigga are the only two that know how much she means to me and how much her banishment has hurt me. Frigga was furious when she found out what Odin had done.
~Flashback~
I stormed into the room after watching my best friend disappear.
"HOW COULD YOU? SHE DID NOTHING WRONG! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!" My rage was consuming me. Thor's hand on my shoulder was the only thing keeping me from stabbing Odin.
"She killed Xander, I will not tolerate murderers in my home." He said that as if it cleared everything up.
"Killed Xander? KILLED XANDER?! HE KILLED HIMSELF!" The throne room fell silent, even Odin was speechless.
"He was drunk. He fell down the stairs and cut his throat on the railing."
"A railing shouldn't have been able to do that, foolish boy. Stop defending the murderer."
"LEX IS NOT A MURDERER! THEIR HOUSE WAS IN HORRIBLE SHAPE BECAUSE XANDER NEGLECTED IT. HE NEGLECTED HER, HIS DAUGHTER. HOW IS A CHILD SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR A HOUSE TO BE KEPT IN SHAPE? YOU KNOW NOTHING OF WHAT HAPPENED! AND NOW YOU SIT HERE TRYING TO JUSTIFY-"
"SHE KILLED HIM. STOP TELLING ME LIES BOY. SHE IS A MURDEROUS ELF AND SHE DESERVED TO BE BANISHED."
"Odin," Frigga's soft voice filled the room "what did you do?"
"I couldn't let her stay here. She was putting all of us at risk." Odin tried to reason with his wife.
"No. She was a sweet little girl. Alexandrya would never hurt someone. She is, after all, Mia's daughter."
"Come on brother, let's go outside. Leave mother to handle father." Thor pulled me away. As the doors closed behind us, I could hear the angry voice of my mother.
~Flashback over~
I shook my head, clearing the memory out of my mind for now.
"Can you see her today?" I asked the same thing every time I come. And every time I get the same look from those all-seeing eyes. The same eyes full of sorrow and loss.
"Please Heimdall, you have to see her. You can see everything. Why not her?" I pleaded with him. I couldn't handle another day of not knowing where she was and how she was. But just like the other thousands of times I've gone, his answer is the same.
"I'm sorry my prince, I am unsure as to why I cannot see her, but I have no information on Lady Alexandrya."
"Thank you for looking Heimdall, I wish today was different." He simply nodded his head. My heart was breaking. How could even Heimdall not see her? I knew something was wrong.
