"Whatever it takes." Bucky whispers behind me.
1st Person POV (Alexandrya)
It's been five years since then. Thanos is dead. The stones are gone. There's no hope. Peter and Tony moved away. Rhodey splits time between visiting them and helping keep the compound up and running.
The wings Thanos had "given" me disappeared the moment he died. I knew it was too good to be true.
Nebula, the blue lady from Thanos's ship, travels with Carol to help other planets adjust as well.
Thor and Loki disappeared. Probably to Asgard.
Bucky and I bought an apartment together and have been living together since the snap. Neither of us can be alone. Neither of us can bear to lose the other.
Scott is busy taking care of his daughter. They visit Bucky and me from time to time.
Bruce hasn't been seen since the snap.
It's been hard.
"Hey, Bucky. I'm back!" I call as I walk into our apartment.
"You wouldn't believe how cheap things at the store are. With half the people gone, not as many people are needing things. It's crazy." I say as I carry the grocery bags in.
"Lexy, Lexy!" A giggling Cassie runs and hugs me.
"Hey there, Little Miss. Where's your dad?" I ask.
"He's in the living room with Bucky." She says.
"Thanks." I walk into the living room where I see not only Bucky and Scott but also Thor and Loki.
"Hey guys, where have you been?" I ask.
"Asgard. We have been helping everyone settle. I am sorry it has been so long." Thor says.
"Don't worry. It's okay. What brings you back now?" I ask.
"Me. Or rather an idea I had. I think I know a way to bring everyone back." Scott says.
"We need to tell the others." I say and stand up. We go to Tony's house.
"Miss. Alexandrya!" I'm greeted by a happy Peter.
"Hey there, araña. Is Dad home?" I forget sometimes that Tony adopted me as well. I smile every time I remember.
"Yeah, let me go get him. DAD!" Peter calls.
"One second, Pete!" Tony calls back. We hear footsteps and Tony comes down the stairs.
"Hey, guys. What brings you here?" He asks.
"Hey, Dad." I say and wrap my arms around him.
"Hey, kiddo. What's up?" He asks again, hugging me back.
"I may have a way to bring everyone back. But I need your brains." Scott says. Tony hesitates then says,
"What is your idea?"
Scott explains about the time he traveled to the Quantum Realm to save Hank Pym's wife.
"We could pull off a time heist. Get new stones. Snap. Bring everyone back." He says.
"That could work. I'd need tech that's at the compound though." Tony says.
"What are we waiting for then?" Bucky asks impatiently. I lightly hit his shoulder.
"Patience, Buck. Give him some time." He nods.

The machine is built. Bruce came back and helped. Everyone was ready.
