Tears of Sorrow (Anakin Skywalker x Reader)

Part 8

Anakin awakened, realizing today becomes the day when he and Padme would get the results if I turned into brainwashed or all of this is my doing. He got out of her quarters and ran down to the Medical bay, where he noticed Padme speaking to the droid with sadness. Anakin stood in disbelief. "No! You are wrong! (y/n) would by no means do these things." He glared at the droid.

Padme walked right up to Anakin. " I'm sorry, Anakin... The evidence in opposition to her is convincing, sufficient to prove she is responsible." Padme shifted her eyes to me, who was resting, feeling ashamed that she could not assist. Then she left.

Anakin's eyes glued to (y/n) as he sat right next to her. "(y/n)... I am sorry." He said with much sorrow. Obi-Wan walked by Padme, asking about Anakin's whereabouts, and told him he was inside the medical Bay. He ran in and heard a melancholia sob and discovered it was Anakin right beside me, crying at the same time as conserving her hand. Obi-Wan's throat tied right into a knot due to the feelings he had when he saw Anakin crying.

Obi-Wan felt stuck, whether to assist Anakin or force him to come alongside.

Anakin saw his future would have with me in, slowly dissolving from his mind, just like the sand that he held in his hand when his mother died. The discomfort in his heart grew each time he looked up at me. I will soon be taken away from him.

Anakin spoke once more with agony, "I tried to defend you... However, nobody could pay attention. Now, the test results came out negative. The Jedi have more evidence that all of this was your doing. However, I still have hope." he tried to persuade himself with the closing statement that they would be together in the end and cried into his palms.

Obi-Wan eventually broke his silence. "Anakin? Do you need anything?" He presented to assist. Anakin slowly looked up. Obi-Wan's heart broke while he noticed Anakin's face. His eyes were as red as the sun whilst setting. His face was white as a replica droid. "I need nothing." He glanced away, "Anakin... I'm sorry. I shouldn't have advised you not to protect her." Obi-Wan looked down in disgrace. "You're sorry? You, very well, meant every word you stated. There was no remorse." Anakin raised his voice a bit, refusing to consider Obi-Wan was apologizing.

Before Obi-Wan could respond, I woke up to the sight of Anakin crying and Obi-Wan displaying remorse. My attention shifted to Anakin immediately. My eyes widened. "Oh my force, Anakin." I attempted sitting up and telling Anakin to come here. "(y/n).... The te-" Anakin stopped. He failed to tell me about the test or about the destruction I prompted. l hugged him too,tightly. Anakin felt his concerns washed away whilst he hugged her. l looked at Obi-Wan and found out. The day when I would be transferred to the detention center had arrived.

I cried, realizing Anakin was saying goodbye. "Anakin, look at me. I will always be with you, regardless." I stated then let's go. I make eye contact with Obi-Wan. "I am ready..." together with my palms out. Obi-Wan looks at her, utterly confused. "(y/n) I'm not taking you in... I came here to let Anakin know that there has been a distress signal from wild space. However, I see now that he cannot go." Anakin glanced at Obi-Wan. "I'm not-" I interrupted him. "Yes, you are Anakin. You never back out on an assignment, and I want to avoid being the motive you backed out on an assignment for the first time."

He knew I was right. He cherished it when I was right. Anakin sighs, "Okay, fine." he tells Obi-Wan he will catch up. Anakin looks back at me and kisses my cheek, "I won't belong." I smiled. "Anakin, just go be the Jedi you are." He cracked a grin and strolled out. He frowned again at thoughts of me not being with him anymore.

Anakin eventually caught up to Obi-Wan and walked silently. Obi-Wan attempted to come out with solutions to make Anakin less unhappy. Obi-Wan was thinking they got the hanger, each got into the twilight. Anakin kept reminding himself that he's doing this for me because I wanted the galaxy to realize Anakin Skywalker is a hero. He was reminiscing on more pleasant memories before all the other occasions that occurred after. Anakin wishes he was still with her and doesn't even realize when she will be brought to the detention center.

They got to the area where the distress sign came from, however, there was no planet except the crimson-colored floating diamond that was pulling the ship closer to it. Anakin tried as hard as he could to turn away, but there was no need. The gravitational pull was too strong. They attempted to comm the temple, but they lost connection. Everything turned white. They passed out.

Anakin felt like he was in a unique world, and he turned around to see a woman. So, he walked in the direction of her, and it was (y/n). He hugged her tight, and they were on Naboo with a home right next to the lake. She giggles and tells him to return. Anakin walks together with her until he looks at her once more. Her smile twisted, and her eyes glowed yellow. Anakin stops and froze. She turns around and stares at him. "What's the problem?" Her voice did not sound angelic anymore, It sounds distorted and awful. He was now in a nightmare. Her evil giggle scared him. "You thought that would be your future? Thought incorrectly. It's your fault I'm like this. You turned me in! Now I will rot in a cell for the rest of my existence!! I should have killed you once I had a chance."

Anakin felt his heart punctured. "That was earlier when you were normal, and even when you were a Sith. I cherished you. I nevertheless do regardless. I failed to know how to process. You were gone for four years, and there wasn't an afternoon that went by in which I cried about you. I missed you a lot. I wanted to look for you, but the Jedi would not allow me. Please (y/n), I love you a lot. I do not know what I'd do without you when my mother died. I kept thinking about you and only you because you have been the light you helped me through the pain."

(y/n) glared, "I would have disobeyed the Jedi to search for you if you went missing, I hope you are satisfied." Anakin covered his ears, "This isn't (y/n), This isn't (y/n), This isn't (y/n)."
