They got to the Chancellor's office, dragging me in, and I saw the Chancellor motioning the clones to leave then brought his attention returned to me. He asked with politeness for me to take a seat, and i did. "Your name is (y/n)? correct?" I nodded back, and he continued, "I heard the news...you are suffering greatly. I attempt to see the best in people even though their actions are unreasonable. once I heard what you have executed, i was wondering did you gain something from the event?" I looked confused. "My apologies, Chancellor, however do you mind specifying on "the event"?" there was a moment of silent and uncomfortable eye contact.

The chancellor spoke once more, "Do you not recall such an awful assault towards the Jedi and the Republic? Killing innocent clones? Their blood is on your hands." once I heard that I made constructed an assault on the Jedi, I looked to the floor and shook my head in disbelief, "I don't recall that second..." The Chancellor studied me to see if i was lying, "may I ask why were you in the medical Bay then?" I tried to remember why however nothing comes to mind, "because I..... i was..." i stopped in mid-sentence then i was in the state of panic, convincing myself it wasn't me; however, it was no use.

everything in my mind went quiet, and i felt a wave of emotion drown me as I buried my face in my palms. The Chancellor cracked a smirk however then composed himself and decided to comfort me, "i'm so sorry that it needed to be me to inform you this. I thought your friends, general Skywalker, Senator Amidala, would tell you what happened. Did they not?" He attempted provoking anger in my heart and mind. I lifted her head and shook my head no in absolute distraught and anger of my friend's dishonesty and loyalty.

Palpatine knew his plan of corrupting me was succeeding, he could sense the anger and pain i was feeling inside. He knew Anakin, Padme, The Jedi, everything I cherished wouldn't be a threat to him anymore. He knew my destiny, He knew Anakin couldn't do anything to harm me. Then He gave her a word of advice, "(y/n), since the Jedi are having a meeting about you, without you. I believe you must make a statement of how you feel about the situation at hand because it appears unethical to not include you as well." I thanked The Chancellor, and he called the clones to get me.

They came to acquire me and walked me back to my quarters, however I noticed Obi-Wan which caused me to stop, "general Kenobi, i have a request." i was using the advice that The Chancellor and Obi-Wan nodded, allowing me to continue, "I would like to make a statement at the next meeting about my punishment because it seems odd that I do not get a say." Obi-Wan knew i was right. He spoke once more, "I suppose you're right there has been plenty of disagreements about your punishment and if you have a say then perhaps that would change. i am heading to the meeting as we speak, if you would like to join me?"

Then, I walked with the clones and Obi-Wan to the council chamber. Obi wan spoke, "(y/n) has requested to make a statement regarding about the assault." everyone surprisingly agreed and allowed me to speak, "i've had people represent me on this matter, however it is time for me to own up to my actions. The truth is, I did lose my memory of that day, but I had someone who was willing to tell me what happened...." I made direct eye contact with Anakin and that point Anakin knew someone told me about my doing that day and could sense the betrayal in me. His face said it all. I continued on, "I sincerely apologize for taking innocent clone lives, but i am not willing to lie to you and cause those lives to go unjustified. I completely believe that i'm responsible."

The room filled with silence until my former master spoke, "I admire your honesty, but I would like to question you with a few theories that young Skywalker has made to defend you. were you brainwashed?" i was stumped but knew that I wasn't, "I do not have an answer to that because all i can remember is the assault." Mace asked another question. "He has also mentioned that 4 years ago, you were captured. I remembered blacking out." "All I remember that day was I blacked out and that was it."

Mace believed i was captured because i haven't shown up to training for the four years. however he nodded his head. Mace cared about me in his own way, but when he noticed me when I came in after the assault, He couldn't stand the image of me covered in blood and wounds. He also had a duty as a Jedi master to not engage into such emotions of sadness. Thereafter, I had to leave because I felt like I had stated enough. The clones brought me to my quarters and stood beside the door. I walked in and laid on my bed and looked at the ceiling.After a bit, I heard someone's voice at the door after which the door about with one of the clones annoying Anakin's presence. I stood up and looked at him emotionless, "What do you need?" He was upset and looked at me, dead in the eyes, "Why?" I had nothing to say to him anymore. I knew what he was trying to get at, but he had the nerves to speak to me when I admit to my crimes. Anakin got irritated, "Why are you being so silent? You don't have anything to say to me?"eventually, I said something, "you betrayed me. that's a good ass reason to not say anything to you." Anakin raised his voice," What? by not telling you what you actually did!? You had a lot of emotional stress and trauma. i was going to tel-" I screamed again, "when? before I die?? so that I couldn't say something back!? You really do have some nerve of coming to talk to me. I wanted to hear this from you!! not someone else." I started to tear up and fell to my knees, holding my stomach. Anakin didn't realize how much it hurt me that he didn't mention what took place.
