Skjor takes me to a cave. He builds a fire in the entrance and looks up at the bloody sky. He sighs and turns to look at me.

"You've come a long way just for Farkas," he says.

"Of course I did," I say.

He looks at me. "Are you .... pregnant?"

I nod. He sits down abruptly and looks into the fire. He doesn't look at me for a while, but as we are sitting there, I feel like my time is wasting. I stand up and start to head out. Skjor calls after me.

"Where do you think you're going?"

"To save Farkas," I say.

"Alone?"

"Yes, alone. I've come here for him, while Aela is still on Nirn, waiting for me. I gotta find him, then bring him back to Nirn, where we can figure things out from there."

Skjor shrugs. "Here." He hands me a dagger. "Be careful. If not for the Companions' sakes, or yours, for your babies."

Twins.

I nod and head out of the cave, wishing I could bring Skjor back to Aela. I walk back towards the waterfall and the lake it flowed into. I then pick up the traces of familiar scents in the air. I walk down the bank, heading towards the end of the lake. Suddenly, there is a sharp scent in the air.

I turn, and my heart nearly stops.

"F - Farkas?" I whisper.

Farkas turns around, in his human form, and I see his armor, the leather armor he'd worn before, is blood-covered and torn. I don't care, though. I burst into a sprint and when we touch, tears fall down my face and his, and we embrace like it is the end of everything.

I pray it is only the beginning.

"Red? Where .... how?" he asks.

"Farkas, the Daedric Prince Hircine made a deal with me, if I could survive the journey to you .... I could take you back with me."

He looks at me. "But ..."

"Farkas, I need you." I take his hand, pressing it to my own belly. His eyes widen. "We need you."

There's suddenly a flash of white light, and we turn, still holding hands. And a white spectral stag stands before us.

"Great job, hunter. You have succeeded in finding your lover, and you survived as well. Therefore, you are both to return to Nirn, but from this day onward, you two must know that your souls belong to me. No matter what."

Then, there's another flash of light that consumes both of us, and then.... we are standing back with Aela, who looks disheveled but is still alive. Her eyes widen when she looks at me and Farkas, still holding hands.

Farkas walks over and gives Aela a brief hug.

"How long were we gone here?" I ask.

"Months, you've been gone for months. Look down, Red."

I do, and see my very swollen belly.

"We need to get you to Jorrvaskr as soon as possible."

Farkas gently sweeps me off my feet and then the two of them start to walk back towards Whiterun.
