Sin broke free from the forest that they had been traveling through and upon entering this new area, he could see that it was a clearing that was filled with stone outcroppings. Almost immediately, Sin sent his eyes spinning around the area as he searched for his beloved Familiar and as time slid by; his eyes eventually fell upon the small midnight colored form of Inari. Spotting his Familiar caused relief to flood through him though this relief only lasted a moment when he noticed that Inari was crouched in a position that he used when he was readying to attack.

Confusion quickly took place within his mind where his fear and worry had once previously filled considering that the only thing that he saw facing Inari was what looked to be a pile of stone.

What he thought he saw caused Sin to think that it would be best if he returned Inari back into his home within the pendant that hung around his neck. Before he was able to move his hand a single inch, movement started vibrating upon what he had assumed to be just a random pile of stone.

What had previously just been a pile of slate grey stone, was now a humanoid creature that was the size of a full-grown dwarf. Rapidly searching through the knowledge that his studies allowed him to file within his mind, Sin tried to force himself to remember which species of Fae was facing off against Inari.

"Be careful Sin! That is a Golem!" Nasir cried out as he and Myrin finally arrived upon the area that Sin had found himself in.

Immediately, this called forth the knowledge that Sin was searching for. With this knowledge, Sin knew that Golems were brought into existence when the spirit of a dying Fae's will to live forced their soul into a grouping of rocks. He also knew that these creatures would spend weeks to months tracking one specific Fae and when they had finally caught up with their prey, they would end their lives and devour the soul that was recently freed.

Knowing everything that he knew about this species of Fae, Sin knew that there was only two options for them to take. "Nasir! This is your chance to prove your classmates and teachers wrong, otherwise I will be sending this creature to the gates of hell!" Sin called out to his newest companion as he reached for the dagger that he kept sheathed within the small of his back. Even though he wasn't sure if the dagger would be of much help against the stone that made up this Golem's body; he wasn't willing to take any energy from Inari that could be useful for the Kitsune against this much bigger opponent.

Sin didn't wait for Nasir to give him a response before he was charging across the clearing towards the beast that was trying to harm his Familiar. Along the way, the form of another of his Fae came bursting from the ground and as the root like object opened; it revealed that Myrin had come to join the battle beside her Summoner.

The moment that Myrin was free, she sent two wooden tendrils soaring towards the Golem. Just as the tendrils wrapped themselves around the Golem, the creature was just about to slam their fists upon Inari though thanks to Myrin's action; the Golem's appendages were stopped in place before Sin's Kitsune was harmed.

Seeing that he wasn't going to be fighting this creature alone, Inari quickly followed suit. Blasting a breath full of frost upon the Golem's body, Sin watched as the lower half of the creature's body was frozen. For a moment, he thought that they had trapped the creature though a moment after the Golem was frozen; small cracks began to form upon the ice as the creature thrashed against their frozen bonds.

Not wanting the creature to get free before he had the chance to find purchase upon its body, Sin called out to his Kitsune. "Inari! Freeze them once more!" Sin cried out as he flung himself through the air.
