An hour after arriving at their destination, Sin led his forces towards the mine and while he contemplated attacking the mine silently; he deemed that it would be better for the moral of the enslaved half-breeds if they knew that someone was battling for their freedom. This decision was what brought his entire army heading directly towards the mine with their weapons already drawn and as the leader of the army; Sin accompanied by his Familiars were at the head of the army.

Upon reaching the entrance of the mine, what Sin had expected to happen when he decided to attack the mines without using stealth; happened. Mere moments after Sin and his forces were spotted, an alarmed blared around them sending its warning vibrating throughout the area which was a call for the guards to defend their employer's property.

Seconds after the first blare of the alarm, guards flooded out of the tunnel that was used as both an entrance and exit to the mine. The enemy force spread themselves out in front of the tunnel in hopes that they could prevent Sin and his army from entering.

In the previous battles of the past, Sin had wished to cause the least amount of death as he could which is why he had always tried to capture those that were willing to surrender. However, considering the horrendous enslavement of his people by the owners of this mine; Sin was wishing to make an example of them which is why he had commanded his forces to leave no enemy breathing.

Raising his blade into the air, Sin pointed it towards the lines of enemies that stood before them. Roaring out a command, Sin allowed his voice to stampede its way throughout the area. "Send them all to the depths of hell!"

The moment that Sin threw out the last of his words, the entirety of his forces flung themselves forwards.

Bodies cluttered the ground leaving a mess of limps splayed out as if they were waiting for an unwary victim to get trapped in their lifeless grips. Slashing his blade across the chest of one of the guards that he was fighting, as this being collapsed to the ground; Son used this reprieve from the fight to search examine the faces of the corpses. Considering that he was wishing to keep his head, Sin felt that a quick search would be for the best and as his eyes scanned the bodies; he saw that while most of them were from the opposing force there were a few that belonged to civilians that were fighting alongside them.

Even though Sin wasn't wishing for their deaths and gazing upon their corpses caused a spurt of sadness to well within him, he was grateful that his companions hadn't joined them.

Now that it had been determined that his friends were alright for the moment, it was time for him to focus on the fighting once more and considering that two guardsmen were charging towards him; this was the best decision that he could have made. Using his blade to block the forward strike that was thrown at him, Sin kicked out which took one of his opponents in the knee.

From the snap that echoed throughout the area, Sin knew that he had broken his enemy's knee though this wasn't the only detail that concluded this. As the pain ripped through their leg, the being cried out and since he believed that it would be best to end the other being as quickly as possible; Sin moved to do this though before he could, the tip of another sword was plunged through the being's chest.

While he wished to know who had appeared in time to end the other being, Sin didn't have time to search this answer out considering that he was still facing another opponent. With this, Sin turned his full attention towards the remaining being that had chosen to come upon him.

Witnessing the death of their comrade must have shaken the being considering that the moment that Sin allowed his gaze to fall upon them, they took a step backwards as if they were wishing to flee. While Sin was wishing to keep details of his opponents from flooding his mind, this was made slightly difficult as he stared at the fear filled individual.
