The last of the soldiers that had occupied the courtyard fell and from the lightning bolt that was sent through their chest, it was clear that the being's soul had already been shifted from their body. Even though Sin had been preparing to strike the soldier down himself, he was grateful that Castien had intervened to ensure his safety. Giving a quick nod of thanks to the elven male that had accompanied him through every dramatic event that had transpired this year, Sin turned his attention towards the entrance of the manor which was bound to hold the answers to Khesta's betrayal.
As Sin made his way towards the entrance, he could hear movement behind him and considering that all their current enemies had been dealt with; he knew that those that fought with him were making their way to join him.
Upon arriving at the manor's entrance, every fiber within his body was telling him that he needed to put an end to this threat immediately though considering that by doing this alone he would be at a disadvantage to those that lay within; Sin was able to fight against the voice that was urging him to continue. This was the only one of the reasons that Sin felt that it would be best if he waited for his companions to arrive; the other reason was that he could feel the fatigue trying to claim him and considering that he wasn't the only one that had been fighting, he assumed that everyone else was feeling that same.
Turning back to face the way that he had just come, Sin looked at those who had fought with him against Khesta's forces. Immediately, his eyes sought out the figures of his companions who thankfully had all made it through the battle though considering that he could see that their clothing had been sliced and crimson had dried to their skin; he knew that many of them had gained wounds from this battle.
Now that Sin had ensured that all his companions still lived, it was time for him to examine the ragtag group that had joined them. His eyes searched for the elven female that he had met at the gate and though he didn't know her, he still worried that she had fallen in battle though after a few moments; Sin's eyes had landed upon her form.
When Sin had spotted her, the breath that he had been holding released itself and his worry for the female slowly started to fade. Though he now knew that she had made it through the battle in one piece, from the count that he performed in his head; he saw that there were fewer than there was when this group had arrived.
Sending a silent prayer to the Gods for the souls of the departed, Sin decided that it would be best if they camped in the courtyard until they regained their strength and to ensure that any wounds were taken care of that could possibly be life threatening.
With a plan now settled on, Sin called out for the one that could help ensure that his forces wounds were taken care of. "Enmoria!" Sin called out which immediately caused the elven female to make her way from the group and towards him and when he saw this, he started speaking once again. "Can you please use your magic and heal those who have any serious wounds though please ignore any less serious ones for the time being, we can't afford to waste your mana."
Though Sin had been expecting Enmoria to give a vocal response, the only response that he received was a nod of her head before she turned from him to get to the work that he had requested of her.

The sky had begun to darken by the time that Sin and his forces broke through the entrance that would allow them to put an end to whatever threat that Khesta and his army posed towards those that had mixed blood flowing through them.
As Sin pushed himself through the gaping hole that was once the barrier that kept unwelcomed guests from entering the manor, Sin moved to the side so those that followed would be able to enter the manor unhindered. The moment that those who didn't serve with Sin and his companions entered the residence, they stormed through destroying everything in their wake.
Knowing that he had little control over these beings, Sin decided that it would be best to allow them to get their vengeance in the way that they saw fit and considering how his companions were standing idly by; Sin knew that they were waiting for him to deliver his orders.
Without wasting another second, his voice soon filled the halls of Khesta's manor. "If anyone puts up a fight, I want them put down like the rabid dogs that they are..." Sin commanded though this wasn't the end of what he was wishing for his companions to do while he preoccupied himself with disposing of the wretched Lord of this manor. "...for those that surrender, capture them and I will figure out what to do with them after we secure the manor."
Upon Sin concluding with his commands, his companions eagerly nodded their heads before turning from him and following the path of destruction that the others had left in their wake.
Now that Sin had been left to follow his own objective, he felt something knock into his legs which drew his attention. At his feet stood not only Inari but Takara as well which reminded him that even though his companions had left him to complete the objectives that he had given them; this didn't mean that he was alone considering the path that he had taken during his studies meant that he would never be alone as long as his Familiars were beside him.
With each of his Familiars following behind him, Sin began his hunt for Lord Khesta and considering that his manor was being invaded; Sin knew that Khesta's Guard Captain would be standing watch.

Considering that Sin had spent much time within this manor since his alliance with Khesta had been formed, he could easily maneuver his way through. With this knowledge that he had on Khesta's home; he knew that the man would be hiding within his war room considering that it was the most defensible area within the residence.
Outside of the door that would allow Sin to bring himself face to face with the man that he had once considered his ally, he slashed his blade across the throat of the last soldier that had been guarding the entrance. As this being's body came crashing to the ground, Sin immediately started moving towards the door though before he could take more than three steps; Soren came charging past him.
Shocked by this, Sin immediately stopped his movements to watch the outcome of his Griffin's actions. This allowed him to see that Soren was heading directly towards entrance of the war room and moments after realizing this; Soren's body slammed into the door which shattered it from the hinges that kept it attached to the frame.
Without allowing another second topass him by, Sin was heading towards the opening that Soren had created for him. With each step that he took, his lips twitched further and further up whicheventually ended up causing him to resemble the monster that so many have alreadydepicted him as.
