Not wanting to give the portal any time to destabilize once more, Sin along with those who followed him; quickly pushed their way through the swirling purple rift. While they were only in the portal for a few seconds, the disorientation that occurred as they exited the portal made it seem as if it were much longer than it truly was.

When Sin was fully through the portal, it took a few moments before his eyes adjusted to the environment that they had found themselves in. At first, Sin thought that they had found themselves back in the Academy where they started though after a closer examination; Sin found that they were in fact in an entirely new location. This determination was only helped when he noticed all the white sigils that were hanging upon the walls of the room that the portal brought them to.

The sigils weren't the only thing that Sin noticed. Standing within the room with them, were four beings that were completely cloaked in white. Seeing these beings, Sin knew that they must have found themselves within a safehouse used by those that are working with Sten.

From how these beings were still standing frozen, Sin knew that they must have been just as shocked by their arrival as he was and though he could sympathize with that; he still wasn't planning on allowing any of them to get through this alive. Wanting himself and his group to be the first to react, Sin immediately reached for the bond that he shared with Inari and though his Kitsune was still within the portal that kept him safe from the world; from repeated usage of the Transference spell, he had been able to learn to pull upon the element even when his Familiar wasn't next to him.

A few seconds after pulling at the element that lived within Inari, Sin felt the icy rush of the element slide throughout his body. Once feeling this, he immediately formed the element into a blade that could be used to defend himself when this meeting between the two groups turned bloody.

Upon seeing the blade form within his hands, both Sin's companions and those who were opposing them readied themselves for battle.

"Monster...you shouldn't have come here!" a masculine voice cried out before all four beings charged towards them.

Even though Sin had a few moments where he could have responded back to the words that were thrown at him; he felt that it would be a waste of air and with this feeling, he chose to keep himself quiet. With one hand holding his newly formed blade, Sin allowed ice to pull within the palm of his free hand. Once he felt the frost touch his skin, he formed it into a shard which he quickly flung it towards his enemies.

Sin watched as the shard plunged into the chest of the enemy that was closet to him and as the being crashed to the ground; Sin charged forward.

Due to their enemies being surprised by their sudden appearance, they were unable to collect their weapons. With the need to defend themselves against the monster who intruded within their home, those who were still standing were grasping for anything that they could use as a weapon.

As the enemy that Sin had chosen to face off against, had just wrapped their hand around a broomstick when he had reached them and once behind them; Sin slammed his blade through their chest.

Crimson coated the being's white attire and from the amount of blood that flowed from the wound, Sin knew that this being had already been sent to the next life. With a slight pull, Sin brought his blade free from the being's body and as he did so; he heard a noise coming from behind him that forced his attention towards it.

With his eyes moving towards what was standing behind him, Sin watched as an object that was wielded by one of his enemies; came crashing towards him. From how close the being was to him, there was no way for him to dodge the attack though if he could move fast enough; Sin hoped that he would be able to at least block the attack.
