Chapter 52

Hope opens her room door pulling Josie inside as well. "I'll be back in a sec."She says before walking back out of the room, closing the door behind her.

Josie shrugs and starts to peel her dress off walking into the bathroom taking a quick shower. The shower is exactly what she needed as it sobered her up. She hops out, dries her hair and puts on one of Hope's oversized shirts leaving nothing but her underwear and bra on underneath.

When that's done she lays down on the bed looking at her phone. It's only 11 so she turns on Hope's tv watching something random as she waits on her girlfriend to get back.

About thirty minutes go by and Hope finally walks back into the room. Josie sits up,"Hey, what's all that?"She asks referring to the bag in her hand.

Hope walks over to the bed, placing the bag there and opening it. She takes out two water bottles setting them on the bedside table."These are for you."She says. Josie nods.

Hope pulls out another water bottle that doesn't have water in it. It's blue and it looks kind of thick."What's that?"She asks.

"This, is your energy drink. Freya whipped it up and I went to get it for you. She said you should be a full battery for a while."She chuckles.

Josie smiles,"When should I take it?" She asks.

"I'm not entirely sure. I would say whatever time it hits me but I'm not sure how effective this liquid is."She says looking at the blue drink.

"I'll just take it when it happens."Josie says grabbing the bottle, opening it and smelling it. "It doesn't smell gross." She says.

Hope smiles at that,"That doesn't mean it's not gross."

Josie closes the bottle setting it aside. "What else did you get?"

"Oh ingredients for the spell. I was going to do it when it hits twelve which shouldn't be long now, and Freya said the whole family is leaving in a few hours afraid of what they will hear in here."She moves to start setting everything on the floor.

"Okay." Josie laughs."Can I help?"She asks.

"Sure."Hope says.

Josie jumps off the bed and Hope shows her where to place the salt. She puts all the herbs and other ingredients into a bowl.

Once that's done Hope grabs a knife and cuts her palm, letting the blood fall into the bowl. She then moves over to sit in the middle of the salt circle they made and sets the bowl in front of her.

She turns to Josie,"Join me?"She asks holding out her hand. Josie walks over and grabs both of the tribrids hands.

"Repeat after me." She says. She starts chanting some Latin words.After a while Josie closes her eyes and repeats the same words before she siphons from Hope.

They continue to do that for about twenty seconds and Josie hears Hope whimper.

She peaks open one eye and realizes she's still siphoning from the girl. When she stops Hope opens her eyes, she sees that there's a light blush on her face and all the candles in Hope's room light up.

She raises and eyebrow,"You okay?" She asks.

Hope clears her throat,"Uh yeah, the spell is finished."She says standing up cleaning up the mess.

'Hmmmm.'

"Do you like that?"Josie asks interrupting her cleaning.

Hope freezes in her spot, she doesn't answer the question right away so Josie walks over to her, kneeling down to her level."Well?"She says lifting the girl's head up with her finger.
