Chapter 46

Josie finds herself hiding from Hope. She did not expect this. When Hope said it involves her getting wet this isn't what she was thinking about. She thought her and her girlfriend were going to engage into some sexy activities, well she thought wrong.

Right now she's in a random closet she found in the compound. Hope gave her to the count of ten to either hide or prepare to fight. Josie decided right away to think of an evasive maneuver and she took off.

Hope gave her the weak water pistol. It's not even a big water gun, it holds like two cups of water. So her first thought was to run and she ran as fast as she could.

Hope said she wouldn't use her supernatural abilities but Josie knows her girlfriend very well. There's no way Hope isn't going to cheat so she did a spell that hides her scent,one to silence the things Hope would hear first, like her footsteps, or more importantly her heartbeat.

It's been about two minutes and shes doing her best to be as quiet as possible. Every now and then she peaks out the closet to see if Hope is nearby, so far so good.

She waits another couple of minutes and decides to do another peak, as soon as she does she sees auburn hair pass by.

She immediately clutch's her water gun ready to fire. She silently chants another spell, "Invisque."

"Oh Josieeee come out and playyyyy." She hears Hope say.

She watches as Hope moves across the room, moving the curtains to the side and points her very large looking water gun at it. Josie would laugh if she wasn't trying to be so quiet.

"I can smell your fear Josette. I promise I'll go easy on you baby." Hope says still looking around.

Josie gets an idea and waits until Hope walks out of the room. After that, she exits the closet and hides under the desk, then she purposely waves her hand and slams the door shut.

'That should get her attention.'

Hope walks in quickly, she checks her surroundings before moving over to the closet door. She grabs the handle, turning it in a flash and starts spraying her gun rapidly at nothing.

Josie takes her chance and reverses her spell and jumps out to spray Hope.

Hope screams in surprise and tries to spray Josie back.

"Okay okay!" Hope screams. She ran out of water since she used most of it on the closet. Josie continues until she has half a cup left.

"Say I won." She says, pointing the gun at the girl.

"You win." She says, her hands trying to block the oncoming fire.

"Drop your weapon!" Josie yells.

"It's literally empty Jo!" Hope yells back.

Josie sprays Hope again, "Do it." She says not stopping her assault.

Hope huffs, dropping the gun she holds up her hands.

Josie smiles and drops her gun as well. "Ha!! You lose!" She does a small dance and Hope rolls her eyes and pulls her hair out of her ponytail.

"You got lucky." She says.

"Awww someone's a poor sport. It's okay baby." She says in a baby voice walking up to Hope.

"I am not."

"Sure you aren't." She replies and kisses Hope on the cheek.

"Well you win so you get a prize." Hope says.

"A prize? What is it?" She asks.

Hope gives the girl a small smile. "Anything you want." She replies.
