Tom Riddle's Old Diary

*Hayden's POV*
*Second year- in the chamber of secrets*

Hayden-then Harry- felt his vision blurring as the searing sensation of pain took over his arm. It was the basilisk's poison! His head started spinning and for only a moment his head became blank and then everything suddenly became clearer. It was like a huge weight had been lifted from his head.

Simultaneously he heard a scream from the 16 year old Tom Riddle's projection. The picture became distorted and slowly faded and was sucked into the Diary. The spell which was cast over Ginny broke while Harry's arm which was still bleeding was healed by Fawks- Dumbledore's Phoenix.

While Ginny was focused on staying away from the now dead Basilisk, Harry quickly stuck the still unharmed diary into his robes.

*Time skip*
In Dumbledore's office, Harry took a new notebook, snuk one of his socks in and gave it to Lucius Malfoy who failed to notice that and gave Dobby to hold. Harry gestured for Dobby to open the notebook, one he Dobby saw the sock- Dobby was a free elf!

*Time skip*
Harry kept Tom Riddle's diary with him from that day on.
