Frankie walked out of the elevator and back to his desk. Frost was staring at his computer monitor whilst writing down something on his notepad, whilst Korsak was on the phone to someone.
"We got a case, guys." Korsak sounded worried. "In a hospital, the mother of two children was just my killed by her husband."
Frankie looked to Frost who's expression mirrored his own- shocked and upset. It was cases like these, which tended to involve children, that made the whole team upset.
"Well, um, I'll go get the car. Frost can you go get Jane and brief her, but try not to upset her." Frost nodded and grabbed his jacket, then he headed toward the elevator. "Frankie, can you go get Maura, please?" Korsak asked.
"Yah, sure. I guess I'll meet you guys at the scene then. We'll take my car."
Frankie clarified.
"Okay." Korsak sighed. 'This is going to be a long day' He thought as he grabbed his jacket and keys and walked toward the elevator.
