Maura was lead on the couch with her head on Frankie's lap whilst they observed their family. Tommy, Korsak, Sean and Frost were sat at the table playing poker whilst Jane and Cailin were sat around the coffee table with Sophie building and playing with her new wooden dolls house. Bethany was asleep, on a pillow with her blanket wrapped around her, on the floor next to Frankie's legs. Hope and Angela were standing in the kitchen area making everyone a hot chocolate before they went out for dinner.
"Is this what you wanted?" Frankie whispered to Maura.
"What do you mean?" Maura tilted her head to look up him.
"You said last year you wanted to have at least one perfect family Christmas. So, I was wondering if this was what you meant."
"This is perfect, Thank you."
"Why are you thanking me?" Frankie looked down at her and ran his fingers through her hair.
"Because your sharing your family with me."
"Their your family to babe, they love you." Frankie smiled at her.
"This is the best Christmas i have ever had."
"Something tells me it will be better next year though." Frankie rubbed Maura's tummy. "I love you Maur."
