After the game and the press conferences, I fly to Kansas City. Happy with the flight path I play a song.
Used to pray for a moment just like this
There's a fire in your eyes I can't resist
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
I can taste the forever on your lips
There's a lifetime living inside that kiss
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
We ain't getting any younger
To be honest I don't care
I'm not trying to live forever
I'm just trying to be right here
This I know
Only now it's all we got
This I know
Just one more dance
Two more drinks
It'll go by fast
So don't you blink
Used to pray for a moment just like this
There's a fire in your eyes I can't resist
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
I can taste the forever on your lips
There's a lifetime living inside that kiss
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Life moves a little faster
Every second I'm with you
Didn't know what I was after
Until I found it all in you
This I know
If tonight is all we got
Then don't let go, yeah yeah
Just one more dance
Two more drinks
It'll go by fast
So don't you blink
Used to pray for a moment just like this
There's a fire in your eyes I can't resist
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
I can taste the forever on your lips
There's a lifetime living inside that kiss
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Remember, remember, remember
Wanna remember, remember, remember
Wanna remember, remember, remember
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Used to pray for a moment just like this
There's a fire in your eyes I can't resist
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
You know it's true
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Yeah, yeah oh
Used to pray for a moment just like this
There's a fire in your eyes I can't resist
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
I can taste the forever on your lips (On your lips, yeah yeah)
There's a lifetime living inside that kiss
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this (Remember this, yeah)
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Remember, remember, remember
Wanna remember, remember, remember
I wanna remember, remember, remember
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this
Baby, we're gonna wanna remember this, yeah
I get to Arrowhead Stadium and the sight that greats me isn't a great one. The team trainers are in frantic mode and they see me. I get worried and that feeling is an awful one. Patrick sits down next to me and explains everything to me. I'm about to leave when I get a brave thought. I head to the press room to tell the team about my plan. It seams like a scene straight out of a movie but Patrick knows. After the plan gets put in motion, I give myself a pep talk. I get placed next to the offense and run with the team outside to the roar of the crowd. The team gets ready to play football and I smile at them. At halftime, I get a text.

LEFT SIDE!
STRONG SIDE! Are you okay?
Concussions are a lot to deal with.
I know. You get well soon and I'll see you soon.
I pace around the sidelines nervously and observe everything around me. I see a spiral coming at me and I catch it! Andy calls me from the sidelines and tells me to get ready. I leave the sidelines and get to the cheerleaders locker room. I see a jersey with my last name and a contract. I read it over and I get to the field. I get into the huddle and my heart is racing! How could this happen to me? After the huddle breaks, I get majorly nervous. I line up with the guys and I hear Patrick snap the ball. He throws it to me and I run. I run all the way to the end zone I score a touchdown for Kanas City and I celebrate with a big happy dance! After the game ends, I celebrate on the field with the team. I hear Andy's post game talk through the walls of the cheerleaders locker room. After a moment, the game ball gets thrown into the locker room. The team autographs it. The press conference was different and I was so proud. It was that moment I announce my retirement from football. The press room and everyone hugs me. As I leave Arrowhead, I get a text message.

I saw the second half of the game. Way to go!
Thanks!
You're welcome. The press conference went viral.
Oh boy. I'm famous!
I miss you.
It won't be long now. I'm flying to Los Angeles soon.
Can't wait.
