Chp-26

Yn's Pov :.

We were having our lunch and suddenly my phone rang and diverted my attention looking at the phone screen it was none other than jiyeon-ah
I picked the call up and there heard her sound.

"yn-ah" there she called me with a very cheerful voice
A smiles popped up on my face and I called her with the same excitement

"jiyeon-ah good morning hun!" I wished her a very happy morning and got to be greeted with the same
Gestures.

"Ah  everything aside what you doing"
Jiyeon asked and I heard water running from her side and then u realised that she was doing dishes.

"Nothing much having my breakfast and I know what you doing
Washing dishes right? "
I said giggling thinking of her reaction and playing with my fork.

"that was pretty much to the point dude" she said chuckling
"Anyways I called you to inform you that am just not gonna be here in this city for a while ummm may be for five - six days ah you can say for  a week"

jiyeon said that out very causally
But it confused and worried me at the same time I know there's a house for her which pops bought for her as a birthday gift.

"what? Why? Where you going and why you going" I asked knowing the fact where she was about to go

"well to my another house and there there there no need to be worry about
I'm gonna be back in one week actually i need a break of one week cos I have to prepare for my upcoming exams which is next week
And there's construction work going on which is very disturbing so yeah"
She explained me everything

I just made an oh face still with a pout nodding my head in the sense of  getting her point
I went into my zone again

Hmmmm ~~if it's for her exams then all good
And besides I can visit her whenever I want so let her go and work for it yn-ah

"Yn-ah"!
I was snapped back from my thoughts when I heard jiyoen shouting for my name.

"ah geez why you shouting" I said rubbing my ears lightly

"dumbo where you zoning out"
Jiyoen asked slightly yelling this time.

"Ah nothing much. Fine so the first thing you'd be doing is calling me right away when you reached there and wait, when you going?" I asked rolling my tongue inside my cheeks planning schedule for her

"today itself within one hour" she answered from the other side

"Hmm so I think you must have done with the packing right? "I asked still figuring   out  things which needed to be done

" Yup" she answered  casually again
I rolled my eyes at her

"okay so the packing is done and I probably would be with my mom and dad within one hour so unfortunately I won't be able to be there but I'm gonna inform popps about it and he'll be sending driver for you to drive you all the way there and you better not be arguing and do inform mumma and popps once you reach there. Got it? " I informed word to word details to her in a one go without any break and without any pause.

" woah woah woah calm down mumma fine I'll do that now chill"
She said giggling, I shook my head at her
"you better be doing that ji darling" I said slightly in a warning tone indicating am serious about this

"Yes yn-ah I know and don't worry the first thing I'll be doing is giving you a call when I reached there. Took a note of everything  so don't worry"
She said with a tone of assurance and I just nodded at her from the other side.

"Anyways so I'll just complete the rest of the work and will call you before leaving"
Jiyeon said making me assured that she'll be fine
I nodded from the other side and hung up before saying bye.

I sighed and kept the phone aside and started completing my food still thinking about jiyeon.
The fact jungkook was still beside me literally slipped from my mind until he faked a cough and diverted my attention to him.
I widened my eyes cos of realisation and looked at him

"oh my! Am so sorry! Do you want some more?"
I asked getting up heading up to the kitchen but stopped when jungkook put a hand on my hand sopping me.

"No no all good, what's wrong? Everything OK? With you and your friend?" he asked making me relaxed.

"Ah yeah all good it's just jiyeon would be staying another city for a week cos of her exams" I answered to him taking another bite of my breakfast.

"Oh" was all I got an answer.
I looked at him and frowned as he was seem to be thinking something

I placed a hand on top of his and called him softly. "jungkook all good? What happened"? I asked cos I wanted to know why and what he was thinking so deeply.

"Ahhh! Nothing just was thinking of my work you know
I mean after so long I'll be going back to office my secretary would be serving me with lot of files you know" he said Chuckling a bit

I shook my head at him "ah no stressing yourself everything will be done OK" I said assuring him with a smile.

"I know, well now I've to rush so see you soon yn - ah"
Jungkook said eating the last bite of the breakfast and wiping his hands with a kerchief

And taking his car keys and heading towards the door
I quickly wiped my hands to and followed him to the doorstep
Before leaving he turned around and looked at me I looked back at him for a sec it was a silence which made me very awkward
So I just calmed the tensed situation down
"be careful while going drive slowly and just let me know by anyone once you reach office ok?"
I said with a worried expression and looked straight in his eyes.

He give me the warmest smile ever and said "don't worry yn-ah ill be fine ok?" he said assuring me about the same and I replied him back with a smile and I wanted to peck his forehead before leaving and the reason was,
I heard my mumma saying once  that before your husband leaves you should be kissing him before he leaves for his work it acts like a safety guard and keeps your husband safe
I don't know how much true it was and not like I used to believe on this things and mumma always give a peck on my popps lips before he leaves for work now here I just can't directly peck his lip but I can peck his forehead but still that would be very awkward I was fidgeting with my fingers whether to do it or not

"um..so see you soon in the evening yn-ah and take care of yourself and I'll be sending a guard keeping an eye on house so need to be worried about and as you said you'll be meeting mom today ill be sending a driver too"
He instructed me each and everything like a sir instructing his students.

I nodded at his each and every word "sure jungkookie just take care of yourself okay ill be fine here" I said with a smile and he nodded at me waving at me saying bye and turned his back heading towards the car.
I secretly gave a flying kiss as pecking his forehead wasn't possible today but this way I can do it right.
I sighed and smiled to myself

Not happened today but definitely I'll be giving you a peck very soon before you leave for work honey

I thought to myself smiling before closing the door and getting ready to meet my in-laws not to forget informing about jiyeon's schedule to my popps before that, rest he'll be handling it I know.

I actually wanted to write more about jungkook and jiyeon's part as well but I actually typed and for maintaining the suspense I thought of posting it into another chapter.
