I sipped on my cranberry juice as my eyes danced over the busy street. I looked at my phone and saw that I've been waiting for fifteen minutes in WeHo Bistro. I was just about to text her but I saw a pair of boots stop right in front of me.
"Took your ass long enough" I got up and gave her a hug , which she returned.
" I'm sorry babe, Keeis didn't wanna let me go" Ciara pouted at her friend.
"I guess they all act that way" I mumbled , thinking about how hard it was for me to get out of Chris' hold earlier.
"Huh?" Ciara breathed out looking at me.
"Hm?" I hummed , acting dumb.
"Don't play with me Jay, is there something you wanna tell me?" Ciara inched
"Maybe you should get a drink" I chuckled nervously
"Ouuu it's that hot huh? I'll just drink yours then" Ciara shrugged , taking my drink from me and sipping on it "don't just sit there with your mouth open, tell me what's the tea"
"I slept with Chris" I whispered with my head down, only for it to snap up because Ciara began to choke on my cranberry juice. "Oh my gosh are you okay?"
I patted her back as she coughed violently. I mentally thanked God that we were the only ones in our area.
"I'm- I'm sorry , you did WHAT?" Ciara coughed out with a shock expression on her face.
I sat down in my chair again and rolled my eyes "I have sex with a multimillionaire Singer , Song-writer" I rephrased wit my voice dripping in sarcasm.
