{ Hannah }

"Tell me all about it!" Grace jumped on my bed, scaring the absolute shit out of me. She was in a dead sleep when I got home last night so she didn't get to berate me with questions,

"Good morning to you too" I spoke sarcastically, "How was Cason last night?"

"Perfectly fine. Now answer my damn question"

"It was amazing" I grinned, not being able to control it, "He was amazing. He was so nice and so sweet. He was tall too and you know I like that. He was just so gentle and seemed to just really care even though we had just met"

Grace was just smiling. She had that I told you you'd have fun look,

"So you learned he was a musician? A drummer actually. We all know you have a thing for drummers" she teased. I laughed. Every band I've liked, I always had a thing for the drummer,

"I did learn that. I mean, I know his band but I don't listen to them all that often. Maybe every now and then when a song comes on the radio" I shrugged, "But that doesn't really matter to me. He's just a regular person in my eyes" I defended,

"Did you tell him about Cason?" she asked, making me take a big breath,

"I didn't. If Saturday night goes well then maybe" I sighed,

"Woah! Saturday night?"

I laughed and smiled with a blush,

"Yeah. We're going out again. So, can you watch Cas?"

Of course, she agreed to that, but luckily just as she went to say something else, my phone buzzed with a text. When I flipped it over and saw the name, I couldn't control my smile,

you made it home safely.
Just wanted to say I had a
wonderful time last night
and look forward to seeing you again ]

I looked up from my phone and Grace was staring right at me

"You got it bad girl"

"So, how was the date?" Calum barged into my kitchen at eight in the morning, more awake than I have ever seen him before. But instead of giving him shit, I answered,

"It was amazing dude. And oh my god, she's gorgeous. She has this beautiful blonde hair and the most amazing gray-colored eyes. She's short, maybe five-foot-five or six, and drives this big Tahoe which is kind of funny. Oh and she's pretty smart it seems too" I basically drooled,

"And personality wise?" he pressed,

"A freaking angel. She was just so nice and so genuine. She was funny too. She listened to everything and really just took it in" I rambled as my best friend stood there with a goofy-ass smile,

"So did you make a move or anything?"

"I got her number. We're gonna go out next Saturday night I think" I smiled,

"Have you texted her?" he asked,

"I did" I spoke just as my phone pinged, telling me I had a text. I looked and saw it was from Hannah,

Hannah: [ are you getting
berated with questions from
your friend too? ]

[ yes, but that's okay. I don't
mind, especially since
I had such a good time ]

"I haven't seen that smile in a long time Ash" Calum spoke, making me look at him, "But it's good to see it again. I hope this one works out, because it's been one date, and you're happier than I've seen in a long time"
