As I woke up this morning with the sun shining through the hotel curtains, I noticed Cason was in bed still but Hannah wasn't. I slowly got up, headed into the main part of our suite, and found her sitting on the couch with her laptop, sipping on coffee and working.
"Good morning babe" she grinned up as I walked towards her,
"Good morning love" I smiled back and leaned down, kissing her lips for a long minute,
"You slept in late. Cas is sleeping in too" Hannah giggled as I grabbed coffee and sat with her. I glanced at her computer and saw it was already 10:00. Damn- I did sleep late,
"Guess I was extra sleepy" I chuckled. She smiled and laid her head on my shoulder as she worked away.
"You and Cas doing anything? I'm working from here today so I may be able to join a little" Hannah asked, moving her laptop entirely and hugging my side,
"Probably just go down to the pool. He loves doing that" I laughed, "But then we're all going to that baseball game tonight right?"
Hannah nodded. Her boss got us three Tampa Bay Rays tickets for tonight. Cason is excited about it too,
"I'll keep working then so I can get done early and we can hang out"

Cason and I headed down to the pool and instantly got in. There was nobody down here but us so it was nice and peaceful. I was leaned up against the edge of the pool as Cason swam around with his floatie on. The kid has been a fish while we've been here. He will swim all day. It's good he is though because his doctor said it's good physical therapy for him.
"Daddy! Watch!" he yelled then dunked his head underwater,
"Woah dude! That was so cool!" I grinned, making a big scene to hype him up,
"I do it again Daddy" Cason laughed.
So far, Cason has called me 'dad' this whole trip. Obviously, I don't care and neither does Hannah, but usually he'll alternate between 'Ashy' and 'Dad'.
I watched Cason for a bit longer then we both got out of the pool and settled on one of the lounge chairs,
"You two hungry?" I heard behind us, making me turn to see Hannah walking towards us with carry-out,
"Hi Mommy" Cason giggled as she sat in the chair next to us, "I show Daddy I can go unda da wada"
"You did?" Hannah beamed and glanced at me. I had a permanent smile on my face.
Hannah passed out our food and drinks then we began to eat by the pool. There were now some more people around but that didn't bother us.
I kept stealing looks at my girlfriend. She was smilng softly as she listened to Cason talk. Her hair was down with a strand that kept falling in her face, making me reach forward and push it back behind her ear. She smiled at me as a thank you and gave my knee a squeeze before her attention went back to Cason who had yet to stop talking,
"Yeah? Well that's so cool" Hannah grinned as Cason finished some made-up story, "Finish eating bubba. We're going to a baseball game later and you need to take a nap before"
Cason pouted but kept eating his chicken nuggets,
"You and Daddy take nap too?" he asked, making Hannah look at me,
"Yeah, me and Daddy will nap with you" she nodded. All Cason did was grin.
So, we finished up lunch and headed back to our room. Cason and I got changed into some lounge clothes then we all three laid in bed together. Cason was cuddled between us and hugging his Pluto,
"Cas, close your eyes" Hannah chuckled, running a hand through her son's blonde hair. Cason yawned and his eyes fluttered shut, making me laugh.
A few minutes went by and both Hannah and I could tell Cason was in a deep sleep and we were able to sneak out and go out on the balcony, leaving the door cracked so we could hear Cason if he needed us.
I sat down in the chair first then let Hannah sit on my lap, my arms holding her close. I nuzzled my face into her neck and kissed it a few times, making small laughs come from her. She pulled away and rotated to where she faced me more,
"I'm gonna miss our weekly date night these two weeks" she pouted. Every week, we do date night where it's just me and her. Obviously, she loves Cason and so do I, but we like to get out as just us two,
"Me too" I nodded. We haven't gotten a lot of time together. It's only after Cason goes to bed, but we knew that would happen with this trip. We've gotten into a nice routine with date night and alone time. Hannah's never really gotten alone time until we got together. She only got it if Grace was available. Now, she's got a whole slew of babysitters because of my friends,
"Maybe one of our friends will keep Cas overnight" I shrugged,
"I hope so" she winked and kissed my lips, "Miss you"
"Wow" I sarcastically rolled my eyes, "You only miss the sex"
"Not true" she pouted, "I miss the many kisses when a toddler isn't watching. The sex is just a plus"
I chuckled and shook my head, pecking her lips again,
"We should probably get ready before Cas gets up so all we have to get ready is him later" Hannah suggested, hopping off my lap,
"If you can be quiet, we can have a quickie in the bathroom" I rasped, making Hannah turn and slap my chest,
"Let's go"

We got to the baseball stadium and grabbed some concessions before we went and found our seats. Cason was already loving it,
"This place is so cool" Hannah beamed, "Isn't it Cas?"
"Yeah" he nodded quickly and took the piece of his pretzel I offered him,
"Tomorrow we go to Disney World," I told him, watching his whole face light up,
"Gonna be so fun Daddy" he smiled and held his hand out for another pretzel piece.
The game started and Cason was intrigued the whole time. Hannah and I took a million pictures of him too,
"I pway too?" he asked,
"We can sign you up for baseball when we get home," Hannah told him. He nodded and climbed into my lap,
"I hit ball supa far" he told me,
"I bet you can dude" I hugged him, catching Hannah taking a photo from the corner of my eye, making me glance at her,
"We're gonna be baseball parents" she laughed, making me smile. She just included me with her as his parent. My heart was swelling with joy,
"And we will be the best baseball parents"
