Tonight Ashton and I are going to a New Years Eve party at Luke's house. Anne, Harry, and Lauren are watching Cason at Ashton's house overnight. I'm definitely nervous about tonight. I haven't been to a party since freshman year of college probably. I know Ashton will be there with me, but I'm still nervous.

Ashton and I have to leave in half an hour and I'm still not ready. Ashton got ready before me since he could get ready quicker.

As I sat on Ashton's bathroom counter, using the mirror to do my makeup, Ashton walked in and leaned against the doorway,

"You almost ready babe? Luke needs us to stop by the liquor store and pick a few things up" Ashton spoke,

"Yeah" I breathed out and closed the tube of mascara. Ashton must have sensed that I was weary because he pushed off the doorframe and walked toward me,

"What's wrong? You worried about leaving Cas?" he asked, wrapping his arms around me and resting his chin on my shoulder, looking at the two of us in the mirror,

"Yes, but also because I haven't been to a party in quite a few years," I told him. He nodded and kissed my head,

"I'll be with you the whole time. I'll get all your drinks and won't leave your side. Then when you're ready to leave, we'll leave" he assured, "And Cason- he's gonna be just fine. He's already out there planning the whole night with my mum. As of right now, they're gonna make cookies and watch Toy Story"

I chuckled at the last part, happy to hear Cason is already comfortable. I nodded up at Ashton, acknowledging that I heard him,

"Okay" I clapped as Ashton moved back and let me get off the counter, "Let me get dressed"

Ashton nodded and pecked my lips before he headed into his bedroom. I stayed in the bathroom and changed into my outfit for tonight, which was a tight black dress with some heels.

I exited the bathroom and found Ashton sitting on the edge of his bed,

"Damn baby" he grinned, "Gonna make me hard"

I rolled my eyes and grabbed my phone,

"You ready?" I asked. Ashton chuckled and nodded, standing up. I laughed as he adjusted himself then grabbed his backpack of extra clothes for him to stay the night at my house. He grabbed his car keys and phone and we headed out into the main area of his house.

"Mommy!" Cason gasped, "So pwetty"

"Thank you baby" I smiled as he ran to me, "Be good tonight"

"I will Mommy" Cason assured me as he gave me a hug and a kiss.

After Cason said bye to Ashton as well, Ashton guided me out to his garage where his precious classic car, Frankie, was. He held the door open for me as I got in, then he ran around and jumped over the door to get in the car,

"I sure hope it doesn't rain tonight" I laughed, but also kinda serious because I'd hate for his nice convertible to get ruined,

"It better not"

After a stop at the liquor store, we finally got to Luke's where my nerves picked up again. I clutched Ashton's hand as we walked through the house and into the kitchen where we dropped off the alcohol. Ashton quickly fixed us both drinks before he took my hand again and guided us to where Calum was. As we approached, I noticed the girl with Calum and my mouth dropped,
