One month later

Queenie's POV

Thumping sound of my heartbeat is what I can only hear right now. I'm so nervous that I think I might trip over. Above all, their eyes are looking at my direction as I walk towards the man I'm marrying today.

Standing in front of the altar, waiting for my arrival. With my flowers on my hands, I can feel how much it's making my palm sweaty but I'm not trembling. I can almost see how this church is beautifully made by humans. The old looking walls with its mesmerizing designs of angels and God.

I think, I'll have to think of my judgement about marrying in a church. I'm wrong, this thing is quite nice more than rushing him. Heh....I'm pleased with the arrangement.

My dad, handed me to Mathew who assisted me on going up where he was earlier. In front of the priest we both stared at him and listened to his speech.

"I, Mathew Santiago, take you, Queenie Rodriguez, for my lawful wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part. I will love and honor you all the days of my life." While he is holding my hand, he kept staring at me chanting his spell to make me his for eternity as he wore the ring on my finger.

"I, Queenie Rodriguez, take you, Mathew Santiago, for my lawful husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part. I will love and honor you all the days of my life." I will say everything I want to say to him. " I didn't dared to look away even for a second to him especially, to his eyes that has the love in it staring back at me.

Has life always feels like this? Why did I just experienced this feeling now? I thought that, never again would I be in peace.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife, the two of you seal your marriage with a kiss, you may now kiss the bride." He came closer to me and lifted my veil without even cutting his stare at me. He leaned closer to my face that I can hear his breathing. He kissed me gently as he caress my cheeks with his warm palm.

I'm truly happy. I can heart everyone clapping their hands for us. I looked for the visitors but I first saw my sister smiling while shedding tears. What an idiot, no need to cry from happiness for me.

Mathew hugged me while the photographer is taking a picture of us. I bet my face in it are all smiling, I can't even remember if I frowned today since I woke up early this morning. What if it's not a good shot?

Everyone came up to us and gave their congrats to us. We took a photo altogether before proceeding to the reception hall. It will be at the same hotel where we did the kids birthday celebration.

Yunnie's POV

After the wedding ceremony, everything seems to be normal again. As of the moment, my kids and I are packing our thing and preparing to move to our new house where their father and my husband is waiting for our arrival.

"Mom, I finished packing my things." Kraylie handed me his bag. He said that he can already take care of his things he is already a big boy enough to do it himself. And we don't really need to pack everything since Ryle said, he prepared everything beforehand.

"Thank you." He sat beside me while watching me pack some staffs when Raylie entered my room and behind him is his little sister.

"Mama, we'll help you carry the bags to the car." His enthusiasm never changed. And it is so obvious, he is excited.

"Sure, this one." I handed him his things and he happily accepted it.

"Mama, if we're moving into dad's house, does that mean we can be with forever?" A normal curiosity for a kid.

"Yes, baby." Her smile never fail to make me smile too. She skipped while exiting the door. Then Kraylie grabbed his things and also exited my room.

When I finished I got up and stretch mt body a little bit. Looking around this room, it has a lot of memories I cannot forget. I shook my head and grabbed my things.

"I'll surely miss this but.....my life in his arms would be better." I whispered to myself as I close my door. I continued to walk to the car where the rest of my family are waiting. My mom with her happy face as well as my father.

"Hija, don't worry about us. Your bother will be leaving here with his fiancé." I hugged them together. I never thought about a worry for them because I know that my brother will take care of them especially Mae. She would never leave my parents side for as long as she can.

And Damon already had a talk with me last night. We already made up....it's not like we have a big fight. It was just about a small thing like how I almost killed him when we were both still kids in a playground because he won't let me join them in the seesaw.

It made me laugh just remembering how childish I am that time. Getting mad over a little thing but Damon is more childish than I am for being mad this long.

"Take care of yourselves. Kids, grandpa will visit you from time to time." Dad cried while hugging the kids. Well, they grew attached to them.

"You too. Take care of yourselves." They nodded at me.

I started the engine of the car and drove to our destination. I wonder what Stacy's doing today. I heard she has shopping date with her 'mom'. I'm happy for her though. .

when we arrive at the house, I didn't know that it will be this big. I know he is rich but why would he buy a house this big? And why is the way to the front door so far from the gate?

But the kids are enjoying the view. They even went out of the car to walk and look around. They sure has a lot of energy to spare.

"Where's the kids?" He is already standing in front of the door.

"Walking around." He walk toward me and hugged me. It feels like home.

"Welcome home, baby." I buried my face on his chest. Ah, he smell so good.

Finally, I'm home. To my home. To him, my husband.
