*Random Parking Lot: Nighttime*

Hank and Ana were standing next to each other, watching their team gear up for a bust, when Adam appeared to their right.

"Where's Antonio?" He inquired, pulling something away from his ear. "He's not picking up his phone."

The older man merely released a grunt while his wife suddenly felt an overwhelming amount of concern and worry for their second in command.

"So what's going on?" Hailey wondered, coming up on the right of the two Sergeants.

"Jay bust some punk this morning with an ounce of heroin in his car, gave up the drug house." Hank explained as the small group made their way towards the rest of the Team. "Supposed to be moving a lot of Fentanyl."

"So we're gonna hit it, and see what we can find." Ana finished.

"Yeah, and who we can flip." Kevin added.

"Yeah, so we want you to bust them all, too. Junkies, dealers, girlfriends, everyone." Hank listed.

"Hey, Kim, do you have idea where Tony is?" Ana inquired.

"No, I've been calling him but. . ." The female Officer trailed off, shaking her head.

The older man released another grunt in response.

"Right, so Hailey, Burgess, and I will take the front. Ruzek, Atwater, you guys take the back." Jay instructed with a small shrug.

"All right, hit it." Hank ordered, walking back towards his and Ana's SUV.

"We'll see you all back at the District." The brunette smiled.

She gave the Team a small nod and followed after her husband.

*The Next Morning: District 21: Bullpen*

"All right, Patrick Carter. He's a mid-level player according to Narcotics." Jay informed, walking over from the printer and taping a photo to the whiteboard. "All his priors are cocaine-related, so he must have just started pushing synthetic opioids."

"Controls on legit oxy are getting tight, so this fake stuff, it's everywhere." Kim explained while sitting on her desk with a coffee mug in hand.

"Yeah, killing a lot of people, too." Kevin muttered from where he was perched on his desk.

"11 overdoses last month in that neighborhood." Hailey supplied from Adam's desk which the owner also happened to be sitting at.

"Hey, why don't I take a run at this guy, see if I can get him to flip up to his supplier?" Antonio offered from his desk.

"Too late." Ana sighed from hers. "He lawyered up the second they brought him into interrogation."

"All right, let's dig into Carter's phone, digital footprint, known associates. See if we can ID who's supplying the pills." Hank ordered, turning to the elder Detective from where he was standing in the center aisle. "Hey, give us a sec, will you, Antonio?"

"Yeah." He nodded, standing up and following the older man over to the brunette's desk.

"Help us out. Why you flying solo at that drug house?" The male Sergeant wondered, watching the other man scratch at his head.

"Well, it's like I told the other guys. I got a tip from a CI. I was in the area. I figured I'd act on it." Antonio replied, crossing his arms.

Hank let out a grunt and nodded in response.

"Then why'd you run?" Ana inquired, gently.

"I thought it was a rip." The Detective sighed. "Guns were coming out, heard yelling, so I took off."
