*District 21: Basement/Garage*

Most of the Intelligence Unit was there getting ready for an operation with Lexie, a long time CI and friend. Hailey had just handed her a wire disguised as a key chain when Hank walked in the room.

"All right, we got new ones. So, you got to press this twice and it'll start recording." The blonde explained while crossing her arms.

"How are we doing?" The older man wondered with a small smile.

"They want me to lose my St. Francis necklace, Hank." Lexie grumbled.

"Ah." He chuckled.

"You know that ain't gonna happen." She pointed out.

"I was just telling her, St. Francis, St. Jude, people think police." Hailey sighed.

"But I told you that it's Henry's CI, therefore it's his call." Ana retorted and Hank's smile widened a bit as he looked over at his wife, who's face had healed completely.

"It stays." The older man decided and winked at Lexie.

"Oh, well, they're not gonna notice anyway. They're going to be too distracted by whatever this new thing is you got going on with your hair over there, Lexie." Adam flirted off to the right.

"Ask me, maybe you should worry about your own appearance, Adam." She countered.

"What are you talking about?" He inquired with a bit of confusion coloring his voice.

"That beard." The CI replied in a "duh" tone. "It's time for a shave, bro."

"Lexie, you're the one that told me to go with it." Adam recalled.

"I told you to go with it, not let it take over." She snickered.

"Oh c'mon-"

"Okay, enough beard talk." Hank cut in, turning back to Lexie. "You ready?"

"I've been ready for a year to take down LeMonte. Punk has third graders slinging dope for him." Lexie shook her head.

"Give us a sec." The older man requested while glancing between Adam and Hailey.

"Yeah, you got it." The blonde nodded. "See ya, Lex."

"Listen, I don't want you in the room on this one. Just play it cool, make the intro, walk away." Hank murmured once the two were gone.

"I got you." Lexie assured, standing up and shrugging on a bright orange heavy jacket. "You know, last time we did this was with your boy, Olinsky. He was a good dude. I bet you two miss him."

The smile Ana had on faltered slightly at the other woman's words.

"Everyday." She whispered, feeling Hank wrap an arm around her in response.

"It's a crazy, unfair world." The CI sighed.

"You got that right, Lex." The older man agreed. "Let's go get this punk."

*Later that Afternoon*

The operation was a complete success.

"Lexie!" Hank called as he and Ana walked into the Basement/Garage once again. "Lex?"

"Hey." She smiled, walking over with a cup in hand.

"Good job." The older man praised.

"Great job." The brunette corrected, giving her husband a slight glare.

He ignored her and handed the CI a white envelope.

"I put a little something extra in there." Hank admitted. "A little going away present from me and my wife."
