After he left, I cleaned up the kids and then we went out just in time to see Soo Bin get out of his car. We quickly went to meet him and we strapped the kids in the back in their car seats and then we both went in too. We quickly drove away. We talked on our way home. Then I remembered the car seats.

"Soo Bin ah, why do you have baby seats?" I asked him.

"Those are the baby seats Jun Woo hyung uses for the kids. He lent them to me when I got the car since I've mostly been the one who's been picking the kids up from the daycare."

"Thank you for everything Soo Bin. I could really feel that you love the kids. And I'm really sorry that you've had to take care of them too while I was at the hospital." I said.

"Hey, we're very close friends. We're like family already. So, don't sweat it." he said.

We continued talking until we arrived at home. He parked his car at our parking space and then we went up to my home. It's been a while since I've been home and I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed when we finally went in. The kids ran to their room and I followed them there. I helped them out of their clothes and helped them shower. After giving them a shower, Soo Bin helped them get dressed while I showered too. It felt good being home. I felt relieved and relaxed. After showering and getting dressed, I joined them in the living room. We were watching TV together while the kids clung onto me when Soo Bin suddenly stood up because our doorbell rang.

"Are we expecting anyone?" I asked him.

"I ordered some snacks. I didn't want you to cook now so I ordered something." He replied.

"Thanks." I said, and then I continued to keep the twins close to me.

When Soo Bin came back, he was carrying a box of pizza and containers of pasta. The kids looked at the food excitedly and then ran to Soo Bin. I got up and went to the kitchen to take out some plates and utensils. I gave food to the twins first and then Soo Bin and I ate too. We talked a lot while eating.

"So, how did things go with your namchin?" he suddenly asked me.

"I don't have a namchin though." I replied.

"But I thought you've settled everything with Chan shi?" he asked.

"We did settle things. But he's not allowed to date yet. It's part of their contract."

"I see. So, you're not dating yet."

"Yes. We're not dating yet. We promised to wait. He's jealous of you by the way."

"Why would he be jealous of me?" he asked in surprise.

"I think it's because you call this place home. And you get to spend more time with me and the kids than he does." I explained.

"No wonder he's jealous. That's good though. If he's jealous because of these things, then he must really love you."

"I know. But I want to let his mind be at ease. I don't want him to feel uneasy because he gets jealous."

"Then make sure to draw the line. How about this, I'll keep my distance for a bit?" he suggested.

"Soo Bin ah, you're my good friend. I don't want to lose you. But I think a bit of space might be for the best."

"That's right. Besides, I'll be away this winter. I'm going on vacation with my family. We'll be going around Europe."

"Really?! Ya, have fun during your vacation." I said as I gave him a high five.

"Make sure you make him feel secure so you guys can be happy together."

"Thanks Soo Bin. I guess I'll see you when you get back."

"Yeah. We're leaving this weekend. So, we still got a few days to hang out."

"How about going to a kids café one of these days?"

"That's a great idea. Let's bring them there. By the way, what exactly happened with the kids at the daycare?"

"Apparently a classmate was teasing Soo Hyun for not having an eomma. Their classmate kept teasing Soo Hyun and Woo Hyun saw that happening so he fought with their classmate." I explained.

"I see. Maybe it was because no one's seen you for a while. But the kids know that you weren't feeling well though."

"Yeah. I know that it's because of that. That's why I feel bad because they got into a fight because I wasn't around."

"You should tell Chan about how you feel. It'll put both you and him at ease."

"I'll call him later. He's really busy right now. To be honest, I really want to spend a whole day with him. But it's not really possible at the moment since he's really busy. I missed Chan so much but I couldn't tell him that."

"Why couldn't you tell him?"

"I was afraid that I might distract him from working. I don't want to get him in trouble." I explained.

"Tell him everything. That'll make him happy because you told him."

"Okay. I'll call him later. They're busy with practice right now." I replied. And then we finished our meal.

I cleaned up while Soo Bin played with the twins. I was washing my hands when my phone rang. I picked up and saw that it was Sam Hammington sunbaenim. I greeted him and then he invited me and the kids over to their house for a playdate. He also told me that it might come out on the show. I agreed because I thought that it would be a great way to clear any misunderstanding that is to come when people find out about the twins. We hung up after he told me the date for the playdate was.

I immediately called Sun Gyu oppa and told him about it. And then I told him my reason and asked him to relay it to the bosses. I thanked him for the favor and then I joined the others in the living room. Just before dinner time, we headed out to meet with my family at the restaurant they reserved. Everyone was glad to see me going out and about. We had a great time at dinner and then we went home after. Soo Bin and I agreed to go out on Friday and then he went home after dropping us off.

Chan and I talked a lot that night and I told him everything that happened. He told me that he was glad that I decided to tell him everything. The next morning, I brought the kids to the daycare and then I met my managers we had lunch together. After lunch, I had a meeting with the company about the playdate and they told me that they'll support me. I thanked them and then I worked until I had to pick up the kids. The following day, I attended their Christmas program at the daycare and took videos and photos of them. They were really happy to see me there. After the event, I brought them to the supermarket to buy groceries. They were both in the big cart and would tell me what they wanted and I'd get it for them. On Friday, I spent the day with Soo Bin and the kids at a kid's café. He said good bye to us that night and I gave him his Christmas present since he won't be around for Christmas.

Soo Bin's POV

Closing the door of my room, a sigh left my lips. I kept smiling while I was with Se Rin and the kids. I was still a little hurt. But I was slowly accepting the fact that Se Rin and the twins belong with Chan. 

As I lay in bed, thoughts about what could have been if Se Rin had met me first. I've liked her for some time and even accepted her situation when the twins came into her life. But seeing how bright her eyes get and how wide her smile is when she talks about Chan reminds me that she will always choose him.

I sigh in disappointment. But I've made up my mind. I will move on while I'm away with my family. With my newfound determination to move on from her and settle with an unbreakable friendship instead, a smile forms on my lips. I will surely move on.
