It's been 2 weeks since Iv talked to Emma , I had to leave that day to clear my head . Thank god for Kim and Leah though they took over and helped her .  Today is the day il see or talk to her for the first time as she's back in the office and to say I'm dreading it , is an understatement.
I'm lost in thought sitting at the mixing desk when Kim comes in .

" Marshall Bruce Mathers, we need to talk !" She shouted .
" yo shit I'm out of here " Porter said leaving I forgot he was in here .
" what's up Kim ?" I ask turning to face her .
"You , your what's up !" She pointed at me taking a seat opposite me .
" what did I do?" I laughed.
" It's what you didn't you ! Your such an ass you know that " she said.
" yo what the fuck ya talking about?"I ask .
" I just ran into Emma on my way in , Marshall you haven't spoke to her since you left her house that day . You promised me you would !" She said .
" For fuck sake Kim , it's none of your business. I needed time to clear my head and shit , il talk to her when I'm ready ! " I shouted .
" Em , that girl has been through something that is heartbreaking and she probably needed you but all you did was leave her ass " she claimed.
" And I haven't been through it either ? Are you forgetting that this shit effected me too. She didn't need me , it's not like I'm her fucking boyfriend Kim ! She had you and Leah " I shouted now I was getting pissed.
" Marshall why are you so annoyed with her ? You could have atleast texted her to see how she was doing " she said .
"Did she tell you she would have kept the baby if this didn't happen ?" I asked putting my head in my hands.
" Yeah and so what ? Your a great father to the girls and I'm sure you would have been to another child as well . Is that why your so angry ? Cause she would have kept it ?.... That's so selfish and stupid " she said .
" what if I didn't want anymore kids , I'm nearly 40 I'm to old for that shit " I claimed .
" When we were still together you wanted more, you changed your mind in the space of 4 years Marshall ?"she asked .
" That's different Kim me and you were together and I thought we would have stayed  together it's different when your with someone , fuck the one time I sleep with a random girl I get the fucking bitch pregnant " I shouted.
" Marshall just stop , Emma isn't a random girl . You must obviously like her a little to have slept with her , since you got sober you don't go around sleeping with random girls Marshall . Are you afraid to talk to her and comfort her incase you actually fall for her ?" She smiled.
" Kim I don't know Yano , it was suppose to be just one night off fun with no strings attached and look what's happened now ! We've been through shit that couples go through , we're not talking and fuck I just don't fucking know " I sighed.
" it's you that's not talking , she has no problem talking to you and she that she just doesn't want to be annoying you so that's why she hasn't tried . I think you should grow some balls Marshall , that girl is pretty great and everyone likes her even the girls love her and you know what they are like " she laughed .
" what you mean the girls love her ? When did they meet her ? " I asked .
" When I was checking up on her the last 2 weeks they were with me a couple of times and they got on really well , Hailie loves her she even asked could she go to Ireland with her when she goes to visit her family " she smiled .
" Yo That ain't happening, she ain't going anywhere ! Look Kim I'm done talking about this Iv shit to do here , il sort it out when I'm ready " I said .
" she's 15 Marshall you know what that girl is like when she gets an idea in her head and I trust Emma so yeah . What are you doing tonight ? "She said getting up .
" I don't give a shit if he was 21 she ain't going ! Nothing just heading home , why ?" I asked .
" you want to do dinner ? Roberts working and the girls are going to the movies. There's this new Italian restaurant opened and I wanna try it plus Rob doesn't like Italian " she laughed.
" yeah sure why not , what time ?" I smiled.
" 7.30 il send ya address, right I'm going Whitney has that dentist appointment. Cya later " she said leaving .
